新時期高校思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育是培養(yǎng)人、完善人的教育活動。思想政治教育工作要想取得實效,就必須融入人文關(guān)懷的理念,在工作中要以人為出發(fā)點,關(guān)心人、尊重人、完善人,促進人的全面發(fā)展。新時期,黨和國家提出以人為本的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,要求高校的思想政治教育要與時俱進,順應(yīng)國家以人為本的號召。但是,在高校思想政治教育實際工作中,人們常常輕視思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷的作用,忽視人的主體地位,導(dǎo)致高校思想政治教育無法取得成效。本文順應(yīng)時代的發(fā)展潮流和思想政治教育的發(fā)展要求,,結(jié)合目前高校思想政治教育存在的實際問題,對高校思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷進行了更加深入的研究。本文共分為三部分,首先從人文關(guān)懷的內(nèi)涵、理論基礎(chǔ)、時代背景和意義等方面對人文關(guān)懷做出了系統(tǒng)的解讀,分析了高校思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷缺失的表現(xiàn)和原因,重點闡述了高校思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷缺失的解決途徑。 第一部分:思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷的解讀。這一部分首先簡述了“人文”、“人文主義”、“人文精神”和“人本主義”幾個與人文關(guān)懷易混淆的概念。同時分析了思想政治教育與人文關(guān)懷的聯(lián)系、人文關(guān)懷的思想淵源和理論依據(jù)以及思想政治人文關(guān)懷提出的時代背景和研究意義。 第二部分:高校思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷的現(xiàn)狀分析。首先從三個方面說明了思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷取得的主要成績,又重點分析了思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷缺失的表現(xiàn)及主要原因。 第三部分:實現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷的路徑。最后一部分從五個方面闡述了解決高校思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷缺失的主要路徑,分別是要營造充滿人文關(guān)懷的教育環(huán)境、發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體性和教師的主導(dǎo)性、注重心理健康教育、要因材施教和引導(dǎo)自我教育。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is to train people and perfect their educational activities. In order to achieve practical results, ideological and political education must be integrated into the concept of humanistic care. In the work, we should take people as the starting point, care for, respect, perfect and promote the all-round development of people. In the new period, the Party and the state put forward the scientific development view of "people-oriented", which requires the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to keep pace with the times and conform to the call of "people-oriented". However, in the practical work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, people often despise the role of humanistic care of ideological and political education, ignore the main position of people, resulting in ideological and political education in colleges and universities can not achieve results. In accordance with the trend of development of the times and the demands of the development of ideological and political education, this paper makes a deeper study on the humanistic concern of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, combining with the practical problems existing in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper is divided into three parts. Firstly, it makes a systematic interpretation of humanistic care from the aspects of connotation, theoretical basis, background and significance of humanistic care, and analyzes the expression and reasons of the lack of humanistic care in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper focuses on the solutions to the lack of humanistic care in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The first part: the interpretation of humanistic care in ideological and political education. In this part, the concepts of "humanity", "humanism", "humanism" and "humanism" are introduced briefly. At the same time, it analyzes the relationship between ideological and political education and humanistic care, the ideological origin and theoretical basis of humanistic care, and the background and significance of the research of ideological and political humanistic care. The second part: the present situation analysis of humanistic concern of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. First, it explains the main achievements of humanistic care in ideological and political education from three aspects, and then analyzes the expression and main reasons of the lack of humanistic care in ideological and political education. The third part: the way to realize humanistic care of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The last part expounds the main ways to solve the lack of humanistic care in ideological and political education in colleges and universities from five aspects, which are to create an educational environment full of humanistic care, to give full play to the subjectivity of students and to give play to the leading role of teachers. Pay attention to mental health education, should teach and guide self-education according to their aptitude.
