【摘要】：隨著金融危機(jī)襲卷全球，我國大學(xué)生的就業(yè)形勢日益嚴(yán)峻，大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問題成了當(dāng)今社會(huì)的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)問題，對大學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展有著決定性因素的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀，也成了思想政治教育領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。對大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀及其教育的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題進(jìn)行研究，探索高校職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育的對策，為高校職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)，不僅能幫助大學(xué)生形成正確的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀、為其將來的職業(yè)發(fā)展和人生價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，對推動(dòng)中國特色社會(huì)主義主義事業(yè)的全面發(fā)展，也具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文立足于湖北高校的實(shí)際，在對湖北部分高校進(jìn)行職業(yè)價(jià)值觀及其教育調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，對湖北大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀及教育問題分四個(gè)部分進(jìn)行闡述：第一部分，結(jié)合實(shí)際分析了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀及其教育研究的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，并對現(xiàn)有的有關(guān)職業(yè)價(jià)值觀及其教育研究的理論成果進(jìn)行了梳理，為后面的研究打下基礎(chǔ)。第二部分，理清研究對象，，界定職業(yè)價(jià)值觀和職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育等基本概念的內(nèi)涵與特征。第三部分，在對當(dāng)前大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，明確了當(dāng)前湖北大學(xué)生的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀及其教育的現(xiàn)狀，總結(jié)了當(dāng)前湖北大學(xué)生的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀特點(diǎn)，從社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校三個(gè)方面分析了當(dāng)前職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育存在的不足及缺陷，并進(jìn)一步說明了產(chǎn)生這一現(xiàn)狀背后深刻的主觀原因和客觀原因。第四部分，提出了改進(jìn)湖北大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育的對策，首先，要提高對職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育認(rèn)識，明確目的，完善保障體制。其次，要形成系統(tǒng)完善的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育原則、內(nèi)容和途徑。最后，要優(yōu)化育人環(huán)境，形成社會(huì)、家庭和學(xué)校教育合力。
[Abstract]:With the financial crisis affecting the whole world, the employment situation of college students in our country is becoming more and more serious. The employment problem of college students has become a hot issue in the society today, and it has a decisive factor in the professional values of college students' career development. It has also become the research hotspot in the field of ideological and political education. This paper studies the present situation and existing problems of college students' vocational values and their education, explores the countermeasures of vocational values education in colleges and universities, and provides a scientific basis for the vocational values education in colleges and universities. It can not only help college students to form correct professional values, lay a solid foundation for their future career development and realization of life value, but also have important practical significance to promote the all-round development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on the reality of Hubei colleges and universities, based on the investigation of vocational values and their education in some colleges and universities in Hubei province, this paper expounds the vocational values and educational problems of Hubei college students in four parts: the first part, This paper analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the vocational values of college students and their educational research, and combs the existing theoretical achievements of vocational values and their educational research, which lays a foundation for the later research. In the second part, the author clarifies the research object and defines the connotation and characteristics of vocational values and vocational values education. In the third part, on the basis of the statistical analysis of the survey data of the current college students' vocational values education, the author clarifies the present situation of Hubei college students' professional values and their education, and summarizes the characteristics of the present Hubei college students' professional values. This paper analyzes the shortcomings and defects of the present vocational value education from three aspects of society, family and school, and further explains the profound subjective and objective reasons behind the present situation. In the fourth part, the author puts forward the countermeasures to improve the vocational value education of college students in Hubei. Firstly, it is necessary to improve the understanding of vocational value education, make clear the purpose and perfect the guarantee system. Secondly, to form a systematic and complete vocational values education principles, content and ways. Finally, to optimize the educational environment, forming social, family and school education.
