高校學生考試作弊原因及對策分析
[Abstract]:College students are the backbone of the society in the future and play a key role in the construction and development of the motherland. Their professional level and moral quality will directly affect the development of Chinese society and even the fate of China. However, college students' cheating in examinations is becoming more and more serious, which seriously endangers the quality of education and the social evaluation of talents, and endangers social fairness and honesty. Therefore, how to effectively curb cheating in exams has been a hot topic. Based on a questionnaire survey of more than 1,000 college students, the author analyzes the means, internal motivation and extrinsic factors of college students' cheating in examinations. Cheating means are diversified, cheating motives are complicated and honesty consciousness is weak. There are many reasons for college students' cheating in examination and serious lack of honesty. College students themselves are neglected in study, speculative utilitarian psychology, lack of necessary self-discipline and introspection, as well as the influence of the external environment such as social family school and so on. At present, there is a growing trend of evil in the social atmosphere, corruption in the political field, counterfeiting and peddling in the economic field. At the same time, some colleges and universities pay more attention to wisdom than morality, the content of moral education is divorced from reality, and there are problems in curriculum design and examination management. Teaching is limited to a rigid "preaching" educational model. In addition, the family environment is also very important. Some parents attach great importance to their children's academic achievements, but ignore or do not conduct moral quality guidance at all. Some parents ask their children to be honest and honest, but they do some false things themselves. On how to effectively curb cheating in examinations, this article mainly from the teaching system reform, strengthen the strength of examination supervision, strengthen the integrity of moral education, improve the construction of legal laws and regulations to elaborate these aspects. Colleges and universities should carry out a complete credit system, allowing students to complete the credit can graduate early, or delay graduation, reducing the pressure on students to learn. In the course selection, students can freely choose subjects and teachers, let students have more autonomy, teachers should strive to improve the quality of teaching, in the content of the examination, focus on ability measurement, weaken memory examination; Strict examination style, strengthen examination administration, strengthen honesty education, widen the channel of honesty education, can carry out all kinds of educational activities with honesty as the theme actively, so that students can understand and think about honesty from a more open angle of view; Try to create a good faith campus environment, establish the university student credit file system, its content should cover the university student study honesty, economic honesty and so on; increase the punishment dynamics, bring the system into the legal system orbit.
