【摘要】：在全球化的背景下,為了滿足國際護(hù)理人才市場的需要,我國近幾十年來一直不斷發(fā)展涉外護(hù)理專業(yè)。目前,國內(nèi)各高校的涉外護(hù)理專業(yè)仍處于探索階段。涉外護(hù)理課程如何與國際接軌,國內(nèi)的涉外護(hù)理專業(yè)如何得到國外先進(jìn)護(hù)理院校和醫(yī)院的認(rèn)可,這是學(xué)校在發(fā)展涉外護(hù)理專業(yè)中需要思考的問題。因此,為了加快涉外護(hù)理專業(yè)的發(fā)展,近年來,肇慶醫(yī)學(xué)高等�？茖W(xué)校積極開展涉外護(hù)理專業(yè)課程的教學(xué)改革,不斷探索雙語教學(xué)模式和方法,并根據(jù)學(xué)生的英語水平逐步加大護(hù)理專業(yè)課堂上英語授課的比例。護(hù)理專業(yè)雙語授課對于涉外護(hù)理的發(fā)展具有很大推動(dòng)作用,有利于培養(yǎng)國際化的護(hù)理人才,同時(shí)也為涉外護(hù)理專業(yè)的發(fā)展奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the context of globalization, in order to meet the needs of the international nursing talent market, China has been developing foreign nursing specialty in recent decades. At present, the foreign-related nursing specialty of each domestic university is still in the exploration stage. How to connect the foreign nursing courses with the international standards and how the foreign nursing majors are recognized by foreign advanced nursing colleges and hospitals are the problems that need to be considered in the development of foreign nursing specialty. Therefore, in order to accelerate the development of foreign nursing specialty, in recent years, Zhaoqing Medical College has actively carried out the teaching reform of foreign nursing specialty, and has been exploring the bilingual teaching mode and method. According to the students' English level, the proportion of English teaching in nursing class is gradually increased. Bilingual teaching of nursing specialty plays a great role in promoting the development of foreign nursing, which is conducive to the training of international nursing talents, and also lays a good foundation for the development of foreign nursing specialty.
