【摘要】：師范類高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控是把學(xué)校全部成員作為質(zhì)量責(zé)任人,對教學(xué)全過程進行監(jiān)督與控制,為保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量達到預(yù)期標(biāo)準(zhǔn),制定嚴(yán)密的規(guī)范系統(tǒng),從教學(xué)基本條件直至教學(xué)結(jié)果等環(huán)節(jié)的信息進行收集、處理與反饋,從而保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量提高的工作過程。 本研究主要使用文獻法、調(diào)查法和訪談法對師范類高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控進行研究�？傮w上,本研究大致包括三方面內(nèi)容。 第一部分對師范類高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控的相關(guān)概念做了界定,明確了研究范圍；闡述了師范類高校開展教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控工作的重要性和必要性；詳細(xì)分析了師范類高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系所包含的目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)、組織系統(tǒng)、規(guī)范系統(tǒng)和信息系統(tǒng)四個系統(tǒng)。 第二部分是為了解師范類高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控工作的實際開展情況,對河北省內(nèi)的四所師范類學(xué)校進行了實地考察,結(jié)合對師生的訪談,從學(xué)校教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控工作的運行角度出發(fā),對組織機構(gòu)的設(shè)置、體系的建立、監(jiān)控的運行方式以及結(jié)果的反饋四方面的情況進行分析。 第三部分的主要內(nèi)容是為了使師范類高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控工作能更好的開展所提出的幾點建議。
[Abstract]:Teaching quality monitoring in normal colleges and universities is to take all members of the school as the quality responsible person and supervise and control the whole teaching process. In order to ensure the teaching quality to reach the expected standard, a strict standard system is established. From the basic teaching conditions to the teaching results and other links of information collection, processing and feedback, so as to ensure the improvement of teaching quality of the working process. This research mainly uses the literature method, the investigation method and the interview method to carry on the research to the normal university teaching quality control. As a whole, this research includes three aspects. The first part defines the related concepts of teaching quality monitoring in normal universities, clarifies the scope of research, expounds the importance and necessity of carrying out teaching quality monitoring in normal colleges and universities. This paper analyzes in detail four systems, including target system, organization system, standard system and information system, which are included in the teaching quality monitoring system of normal colleges and universities. In the second part, in order to understand the actual situation of teaching quality monitoring in normal colleges and universities, four normal schools in Hebei Province were investigated on the spot, combined with interviews with teachers and students. From the point of view of the operation of school teaching quality monitoring, this paper analyzes the setting up of the organization, the establishment of the system, the operation mode of the monitoring and the feedback of the result. The third part of the main content is to make the normal colleges and universities teaching quality monitoring can better carry out some suggestions.
