PDCA理論在大學(xué)生學(xué)科競賽中的應(yīng)用研究及實(shí)踐

【摘要】:學(xué)科競賽是培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新能力,提高綜合素質(zhì)的有效途徑。以PDCA循環(huán)理論的基本原理與方法為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)學(xué)科競賽的實(shí)際要求和組織經(jīng)驗(yàn),探索構(gòu)建合理的大學(xué)生學(xué)科競賽培養(yǎng)模式。
[Abstract]:Subject competition is an effective way to cultivate college students' practical innovation ability and improve their comprehensive quality. Based on the basic principles and methods of PDCA's cycle theory and according to the practical requirements and organizational experience of the subject competition, this paper explores the construction of a reasonable training model for college students' subject competition.
