國外學(xué)前教育評(píng)估中介組織的特點(diǎn)及啟示
[Abstract]:Scientific evaluation of preschool education is an important content of scientific preschool education. As an important part of the educational quality assurance system, the intermediary organization of pre-school education evaluation is an important means to carry out scientific evaluation of educational quality, and shoulders the important responsibility of promoting the effective improvement of pre-school education quality. Through the methods of literature and case study, this study sums up and analyzes the characteristics of pre-school education evaluation intermediary organizations in foreign countries, and tries to provide enlightenment and suggestions for a series of problems existing in pre-school education intermediary organizations in China. On the basis of using foreign experience for reference, we can form the intermediary organization of preschool education evaluation with practical significance in our country. This study is helpful to enrich the relevant theories of preschool education evaluation and to provide strategic suggestions for the formation of intermediary organizations for preschool education evaluation. This study consists of four parts. The first part: the raising of the question. With the arrival of the quality era, scientific pre-school education quality evaluation has gradually received extensive attention, as an important part of pre-school education quality assurance system. Preschool education evaluation intermediary organizations can evaluate the quality of preschool education from a more scientific and objective point of view. This study collected and analyzed the relevant documents through the methods of Chinese knowledge Web and Google academic search, and gained a basic understanding of the research results at home and abroad, and laid a foundation for the next research. The second part: the emergence and development of foreign preschool education evaluation intermediary organizations. According to the order of time, the course of development is divided into three stages: production stage, perfect and mature stage, innovation stage. The third part: the characteristics of foreign preschool education evaluation intermediary organizations. Through combing the development course of foreign educational intermediary organizations, the basic characteristics of them are further summarized and analyzed. The characteristics of preschool education evaluation intermediary organization are relative independence, professional authority and non-profit. The fourth part: the enlightenment of foreign preschool education evaluation intermediary organizations. Combined with some problems existing in educational intermediary organizations in our country, starting with the characteristics and advantages of pre-school education evaluation intermediary organizations in foreign countries, this paper puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions for these problems.
