【摘要】：科學(xué)的學(xué)前教育評(píng)價(jià)是學(xué)前教育科學(xué)化的重要內(nèi)容。學(xué)前教育評(píng)估中介組織作為教育質(zhì)量保障體系的重要部分，是進(jìn)行科學(xué)的教育質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的重要手段，，肩負(fù)著促進(jìn)學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量有效提升的重要職責(zé)。本研究通過文獻(xiàn)法、個(gè)案研究法，對(duì)國外學(xué)前教育評(píng)估中介組織的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸納和分析，力求針對(duì)目前我國學(xué)前教育中介組織存在的一系列問題提供啟示和建議。他山之石可以攻玉，在借鑒國外經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，形成具有我國現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的學(xué)前教育評(píng)估中介組織。本研究有利于豐富學(xué)前教育評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)理論，并對(duì)學(xué)前教育評(píng)估中介組織的形成提供策略建議。 本研究由四部分構(gòu)成。 第一部分：?jiǎn)栴}的提出。隨著質(zhì)量時(shí)代的到來，科學(xué)的學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)逐漸受到廣泛關(guān)注，作為學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量保障體系的重要組成部分，學(xué)前教育評(píng)估中介組織可以從更加科學(xué)與客觀的角度對(duì)學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)估認(rèn)證。本研究通過中國知網(wǎng)、Google學(xué)術(shù)搜索等方式對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行收集與分析，對(duì)國內(nèi)外的研究成果有了基本的了解，并為下一步的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分：國外學(xué)前教育評(píng)估中介組織的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展。按照時(shí)間順序，將其發(fā)展歷程分為三個(gè)階段，產(chǎn)生階段、完善與成熟階段、創(chuàng)新階段。 第三部分：國外學(xué)前教育評(píng)估中介組織的特點(diǎn)。通過對(duì)國外教育中介組織的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行梳理，進(jìn)一步歸納并分析其基本特點(diǎn)。學(xué)前教育評(píng)估中介組織的特點(diǎn)主要有相對(duì)獨(dú)立性、專業(yè)權(quán)威性和非營利性。 第四部分：國外學(xué)前教育評(píng)估中介組織的啟示。結(jié)合目前我國教育中介組織存在的一些問題，從國外學(xué)前教育評(píng)估中介組織的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)入手，針對(duì)這些問題提出相應(yīng)的策略建議。
[Abstract]:Scientific evaluation of preschool education is an important content of scientific preschool education. As an important part of the educational quality assurance system, the intermediary organization of pre-school education evaluation is an important means to carry out scientific evaluation of educational quality, and shoulders the important responsibility of promoting the effective improvement of pre-school education quality. Through the methods of literature and case study, this study sums up and analyzes the characteristics of pre-school education evaluation intermediary organizations in foreign countries, and tries to provide enlightenment and suggestions for a series of problems existing in pre-school education intermediary organizations in China. On the basis of using foreign experience for reference, we can form the intermediary organization of preschool education evaluation with practical significance in our country. This study is helpful to enrich the relevant theories of preschool education evaluation and to provide strategic suggestions for the formation of intermediary organizations for preschool education evaluation. This study consists of four parts. The first part: the raising of the question. With the arrival of the quality era, scientific pre-school education quality evaluation has gradually received extensive attention, as an important part of pre-school education quality assurance system. Preschool education evaluation intermediary organizations can evaluate the quality of preschool education from a more scientific and objective point of view. This study collected and analyzed the relevant documents through the methods of Chinese knowledge Web and Google academic search, and gained a basic understanding of the research results at home and abroad, and laid a foundation for the next research. The second part: the emergence and development of foreign preschool education evaluation intermediary organizations. According to the order of time, the course of development is divided into three stages: production stage, perfect and mature stage, innovation stage. The third part: the characteristics of foreign preschool education evaluation intermediary organizations. Through combing the development course of foreign educational intermediary organizations, the basic characteristics of them are further summarized and analyzed. The characteristics of preschool education evaluation intermediary organization are relative independence, professional authority and non-profit. The fourth part: the enlightenment of foreign preschool education evaluation intermediary organizations. Combined with some problems existing in educational intermediary organizations in our country, starting with the characteristics and advantages of pre-school education evaluation intermediary organizations in foreign countries, this paper puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions for these problems.
