論荀子教化思想對高校德育實(shí)踐的啟示

【摘要】:由于歷史的原因和對外開放、社會轉(zhuǎn)型、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等多種因素的影響,高校德育工作日顯復(fù)雜,德育地位與應(yīng)然的偏離、德育理論與實(shí)踐的錯位、德育與生活世界的疏離等問題不同程度存在,凸現(xiàn)了“德育實(shí)效性不高、效果不甚理想”的事實(shí),更凸顯了加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高校德育工作的重要性和緊迫性。 中華民族歷來重視道德教育,傳統(tǒng)文化中豐富的道德教育思想具有重要的資源價值和借鑒意義。立足于高校德育實(shí)踐,從傳統(tǒng)道德教育思想中吸收可借鑒之處來改進(jìn)和發(fā)展高校德育,積極推進(jìn)青年人才培養(yǎng),是整個社會的共識,是高等教育的歷史責(zé)任,也是思想政治教育工作者的光榮使命。 教化是德育的重要職能,它與道德教育、人格修養(yǎng)緊密相連,一直被奉為成就個人德性、維護(hù)政治穩(wěn)定、促進(jìn)社會發(fā)展的基本措施。中華民族歷來重視道德教化,希望通過有效的方法,不知不覺地將一些觀念融化在受教育者的心靈深處,進(jìn)而外顯為個體和社會整體行為,從而可以在根本上實(shí)現(xiàn)社會的長治久安。 荀子最先使用了“教化"的概念。他以人之人格不完善性為基礎(chǔ),以人的認(rèn)知能力為依托,以化性起偽為方法,以成人、天下治為目標(biāo),構(gòu)建了一個內(nèi)涵豐富、特色鮮明的道德教化思想體系。它是一種手段和方法、是一種境界和理想、是一種人文精神的構(gòu)建,其由“性偽相分”經(jīng)“化性起偽"而至“性偽相合”的動態(tài)過程,實(shí)質(zhì)就是將凡人改造為圣人、將亂世撥回治世的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。這個過程從根本上關(guān)注人之內(nèi)在精神的生成,亦在過程中呈現(xiàn)出工具性價值,體現(xiàn)了手段與目的、現(xiàn)實(shí)與理想、德性與理性的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一。以當(dāng)代高校德育視角觀之,其所體現(xiàn)的濃厚的人文關(guān)懷與以人為本的德育理念是共通的,其所蘊(yùn)含的深邃的理性智慧與人性化的德育訴求是契合的,重新審視其理性價值,對于改善和推進(jìn)高校德育實(shí)踐、促進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想道德品質(zhì)提升具有深刻的啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Due to historical reasons and the influence of many factors, such as opening to the outside world, social transformation, economic structure adjustment and so on, the moral education work in colleges and universities becomes more and more complicated, the moral education status deviates from what should be, and the theory and practice of moral education are misplaced. The problems of moral education and the alienation of the world of life exist in different degrees, which highlights the fact that the actual effect of moral education is not high and the effect is not very ideal. It also highlights the importance and urgency of strengthening and improving the work of moral education in colleges and universities. The Chinese nation has always attached importance to moral education, and the rich moral education thought in traditional culture has important resource value and reference significance. Based on the practice of moral education in colleges and universities, it is the consensus of the whole society and the historical responsibility of higher education to improve and develop the moral education of colleges and universities and actively promote the cultivation of young people from the traditional moral education thought. It is also the glorious mission of ideological and political educators. Education is an important function of moral education. It is closely linked with moral education and personality cultivation, and has been regarded as the basic measure to achieve personal morality, maintain political stability and promote social development. The Chinese nation has always attached great importance to moral education and hopes to melt some ideas into the hearts of the educated through effective methods, thus making it apparent to individuals and society as a whole. Thus can fundamentally realize the long-term stability of the society. Xunzi first used the concept of "enlightenment". Based on the imperfection of human personality, relying on the cognitive ability of human beings, taking the artificial nature as the method, taking the adult as the goal, and governing the world as the goal, he constructed a rich and distinctive ideological system of moral education with distinctive characteristics. It is a means and method, a kind of realm and ideal, is a kind of humanism spirit construction, its dynamic process from "sex pseudo phase" to "sex false" to "sex pseudo match", the essence is to transform mortals into saints. The realization process of turning the turbulent times back to governing the world. This process pays attention to the generation of human's inner spirit fundamentally, and also presents the instrumental value in the process, which embodies the organic unity of means and purpose, reality and ideal, virtue and reason. From the perspective of moral education in contemporary colleges and universities, its strong humanistic concern and people-oriented moral education concept are in common, and the profound rational wisdom and humanized moral education demand contained therein are in accord with each other, and the rational value of the moral education should be re-examined. It has profound inspiration for improving and promoting the practice of moral education in colleges and universities and promoting the ideological and moral quality of college students.
