【摘要】：本文以高校輔導(dǎo)員的視角對高校突發(fā)事件及如何提升高校輔導(dǎo)員突發(fā)事件處理能力進行研究,首先從高校突發(fā)事件的概述入手,闡述了高校突發(fā)事件的概念、特點、類型、階段等基礎(chǔ)知識和高校突發(fā)事件發(fā)生的原因,指出高校輔導(dǎo)員在高校突發(fā)事件過程中所扮演的角色,明確了高校輔導(dǎo)員在突發(fā)事件處理過程中所發(fā)揮的重要作用,進而提出高校輔導(dǎo)員突發(fā)事件處理能力的內(nèi)涵是突發(fā)事件預(yù)防能力、突發(fā)事件應(yīng)對執(zhí)行能力和突發(fā)事件善后恢復(fù)能力的總和,通過對當(dāng)前高校輔導(dǎo)員突發(fā)事件處理能力現(xiàn)狀和存在問題的分析,提出了提升高校輔導(dǎo)員突發(fā)事件處理能力的政策層面、高校層面和高校輔導(dǎo)員自身層面等三個方面的途徑。
[Abstract]:In this paper, from the perspective of college counselors, we study the emergency events in colleges and universities and how to improve the emergency handling ability of college counselors. First of all, the concept, characteristics and types of emergencies in colleges and universities are expounded from the overview of emergencies in colleges and universities. This paper points out the role played by college counselors in the process of university emergencies, and clarifies the important role played by college counselors in the process of dealing with emergencies. Furthermore, the author points out that the connotation of college counselors' ability to deal with emergencies is the sum of the ability of emergency prevention, the ability of emergency response and the ability of emergency recovery. Based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of college counselors' emergency handling ability, this paper puts forward three ways to improve the college counselors' emergency handling ability: the policy level, the university level and the university counselors' own level.
