“90后”大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀問(wèn)題與教育引導(dǎo)

【摘要】:教育是一個(gè)國(guó)家持續(xù)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力,高等教育水平則是國(guó)家發(fā)展程度的直接體現(xiàn)。隨著改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)的高速經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),我國(guó)的高等教育事業(yè)得到了較快的發(fā)展,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的改革開(kāi)放賦予“90后”一代大學(xué)生獨(dú)特的思想行為和價(jià)值觀念。因此,社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展變化對(duì)出生于“90后”的大學(xué)生的就業(yè)觀的形成起到了重要的影響作用!90后”大學(xué)生的就業(yè)觀在就業(yè)理想、就業(yè)準(zhǔn)備、就業(yè)選擇、就業(yè)目標(biāo)、擇業(yè)目的、就業(yè)期望上,表現(xiàn)出明顯的特點(diǎn)。其就業(yè)觀的形成受個(gè)人、社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校教育因素的影響較大。解決“90后”大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀問(wèn)題的辦法是加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀的教育與引導(dǎo),消除其就業(yè)觀念上存在的誤區(qū),引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹(shù)立科學(xué)的就業(yè)觀,使大學(xué)生學(xué)以致用,實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源的合理配置。 作者以“90%后”大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,以就業(yè)觀為研究主題,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法對(duì)這一群體的就業(yè)觀問(wèn)題及其與就業(yè)選擇之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了較為深入的研究。本論文在闡明大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀內(nèi)涵、外延及意義的基礎(chǔ)上,分析90后大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境及思想心理特點(diǎn),通過(guò)自編問(wèn)卷對(duì)湖南工學(xué)院2012年第一批“90后”大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)觀問(wèn)題進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查,揭示90后大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀存在的主要問(wèn)題并分析其產(chǎn)生的原因。進(jìn)而針對(duì)90后大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀存在的問(wèn)題,采取教育對(duì)策,從就業(yè)觀教育的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、原則、方法和途徑等各層面來(lái)幫助和引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確的就業(yè)觀。
[Abstract]:Education is the motive force of a country's sustainable development, and the level of higher education is a direct reflection of the level of national development. With the rapid economic growth since the reform and opening up, the cause of higher education in China has been developing rapidly. The reform and opening up of China's economy has given the "post-90s" generation of college students unique ideas, behaviors and values. Therefore, the rapid development of society and economy has played an important role in the formation of employment outlook of post-90s college students. The purpose of choosing a job and the expectation of employment show obvious characteristics. The formation of employment view is influenced by the factors of individual, society, family and school education. The way to solve the problem of "post-90s" college students' employment concept is to strengthen the education and guidance of college students' employment concept, to eliminate the misunderstanding existing in their concept of employment, to guide them to set up a scientific view of employment, and to make college students use their studies for practical purposes. To achieve the rational allocation of human resources. Taking "90% after" college students as the research object, and taking the employment view as the research topic, the author makes a deep research on the employment concept of this group and its relationship with the employment choice through the method of questionnaire. On the basis of expounding the connotation, extension and significance of college students' view of employment, this paper analyzes the growth environment and ideological and psychological characteristics of post-90s college students. Through a sample survey on the employment concept of the first batch of post-90s graduates in 2012 in Hunan Institute of Technology, this paper reveals the main problems existing in the employment concept of post-90s college students and analyzes the reasons for their emergence. Then, in view of the problems existing in the employment view of post-90s college students, educational countermeasures are taken to help and guide college students to set up a correct view of employment from the aspects of the goal, content, principle, methods and ways of employment view education.
