生物師范生素質(zhì)與教師入職適應(yīng)性調(diào)查研究
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform is being carried out in full swing. It advocates innovative educational methods and emphasizes the cultivation of students' scientific spirit, creative thinking and innovative ability. The specific implementers of the new curriculum reform are teachers. The teachers' professional knowledge, professional skills and comprehensive quality are the key to the quality of teaching, and the teachers' teaching ability is closely related to the development of the country. According to the characteristics of biological normal education, this paper considers that the quality of teachers of biological teachers includes three aspects: professional ethics, knowledge and ability. Through the questionnaire research, this paper makes a deep understanding of whether the teachers' quality of biology normal school students can meet the requirements of teaching work. In view of the quality adaptation of biology teachers college graduates in three normal universities in Northeast China, this paper compiled a questionnaire to obtain feedback on the quality training of pre-service teachers. The results show that the graduates of normal colleges have good professional ethics. Professional knowledge of biology and general pedagogy can not meet the needs of teaching practice. The subordinate key normal colleges have good knowledge quality, educational and scientific research ability, experimental research ability and teaching ability, but the skills of chalk words and Putonghua need to be improved. The teaching skills, educational and scientific research ability and experimental research ability of provincial normal colleges and universities are outstanding. According to the results of the investigation, some suggestions are put forward for the cultivation of talents in normal universities: setting up courses closely related to biology teaching in middle schools, attaching importance to teachers' skill training and strengthening educational practice activities; Strengthen the cooperation with the middle school, realize the transformation of the educational theory knowledge to the teaching practice experience, strengthen the cooperation between the normal colleges and universities, and try to narrow the gap between the normal colleges and universities.
