生物師范生素質(zhì)與教師入職適應(yīng)性調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:新課程改革正如火如荼的進行,它提倡創(chuàng)新教育方式,突出培養(yǎng)學(xué)生科學(xué)精神、創(chuàng)造性思維和創(chuàng)新能力。新課程改革的具體實施者是教師,教師的專業(yè)知識、專業(yè)技能、綜合素質(zhì)是關(guān)乎教學(xué)質(zhì)量好壞的關(guān)鍵,教師教學(xué)能力與國家發(fā)展極其緊密的聯(lián)系在一起。 本文采用文獻研究,針對生物師范教育特點,認為生物師范生教師素質(zhì)包括職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)、知識素質(zhì)、能力素質(zhì)三個方面。 本文通過問卷研究深入了解生物師范生教師素質(zhì)是否適應(yīng)教學(xué)工作的要求。針對東北某省三所高師院校生物師范畢業(yè)生入職初期教師素質(zhì)適應(yīng)情況,本文編制調(diào)查問卷以獲取走上工作崗位后的生物師范生對職前教師素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)相關(guān)反饋。 調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,高師院校畢業(yè)生具有良好的職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)。生物學(xué)科專業(yè)知識、普通教育學(xué)知識不能滿足教學(xué)實踐的需求。部屬重點師范院校知識素質(zhì)掌握良好,教育科研能力、實驗研究能力、教學(xué)能力較強,但粉筆字技能、普通話水平有待提高。省屬重點師范院校、省屬普通師范院校教學(xué)技能表現(xiàn)突出,,教育科研能力、實驗研究能力表現(xiàn)欠佳。 根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,對師范院校人才培養(yǎng)提出若干建議:設(shè)置與中學(xué)生物教學(xué)密切相關(guān)的課程;重視教師技能訓(xùn)練,加強教育實踐活動;加強與中學(xué)的合作,實現(xiàn)教育理論知識向教學(xué)實踐經(jīng)驗轉(zhuǎn)化;加強師范院校之間合作,努力縮小高師院校間差距。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform is being carried out in full swing. It advocates innovative educational methods and emphasizes the cultivation of students' scientific spirit, creative thinking and innovative ability. The specific implementers of the new curriculum reform are teachers. The teachers' professional knowledge, professional skills and comprehensive quality are the key to the quality of teaching, and the teachers' teaching ability is closely related to the development of the country. According to the characteristics of biological normal education, this paper considers that the quality of teachers of biological teachers includes three aspects: professional ethics, knowledge and ability. Through the questionnaire research, this paper makes a deep understanding of whether the teachers' quality of biology normal school students can meet the requirements of teaching work. In view of the quality adaptation of biology teachers college graduates in three normal universities in Northeast China, this paper compiled a questionnaire to obtain feedback on the quality training of pre-service teachers. The results show that the graduates of normal colleges have good professional ethics. Professional knowledge of biology and general pedagogy can not meet the needs of teaching practice. The subordinate key normal colleges have good knowledge quality, educational and scientific research ability, experimental research ability and teaching ability, but the skills of chalk words and Putonghua need to be improved. The teaching skills, educational and scientific research ability and experimental research ability of provincial normal colleges and universities are outstanding. According to the results of the investigation, some suggestions are put forward for the cultivation of talents in normal universities: setting up courses closely related to biology teaching in middle schools, attaching importance to teachers' skill training and strengthening educational practice activities; Strengthen the cooperation with the middle school, realize the transformation of the educational theory knowledge to the teaching practice experience, strengthen the cooperation between the normal colleges and universities, and try to narrow the gap between the normal colleges and universities.
