【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,高等教育質(zhì)量逐漸成為國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的重要議題問(wèn)題,教育質(zhì)量保障體系建設(shè)也隨之議程。學(xué)生評(píng)教作為高等教育質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)中的重要方式之一,正發(fā)揮著它的重要意義。但由于學(xué)生評(píng)教在具體實(shí)施環(huán)節(jié)上的疏漏,可能會(huì)對(duì)學(xué)生參與評(píng)教的積極性產(chǎn)生影響。本研究主要目的是探究學(xué)生評(píng)教失效或部分失效的真正原因,以為學(xué)生評(píng)教工作的改進(jìn)提出若干建議。 研究采用定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合的形式,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查大體了解現(xiàn)行學(xué)生評(píng)教工作的實(shí)施情況,通過(guò)訪談深入挖掘?qū)W生參與評(píng)教工作的主觀感受,尋找影響學(xué)生參與評(píng)教積極性的工作環(huán)節(jié),從而了解影響學(xué)生評(píng)教有效性的因素。本研究以調(diào)查結(jié)果和原因探析為依據(jù),嘗試為學(xué)生評(píng)教工作的改進(jìn)提出若干淺顯的參考建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the quality of higher education has gradually become an important issue in academic circles at home and abroad, and the construction of educational quality assurance system is also on the agenda. As one of the important ways to evaluate the quality of higher education, students' evaluation of teaching is playing an important role. However, due to the omission of students' evaluation of teaching, it may have an impact on the enthusiasm of students to participate in the evaluation of teaching. The main purpose of this study is to explore the real causes of the failure or partial failure of students' evaluation of teaching, and to put forward some suggestions for the improvement of the work of students' evaluation of teaching. The research adopts the form of combining qualitative research with quantitative research, through the questionnaire survey to understand the implementation of the current student evaluation of teaching work, through interviews to explore the subjective feelings of students participating in the work of evaluation of teaching. In order to find out the factors that affect the effectiveness of students' evaluation of teaching, we can find out the working links that affect the enthusiasm of students' participation in teaching evaluation. Based on the results of the investigation and the analysis of the causes, this study attempts to provide some simple suggestions for the improvement of students' evaluation of teaching.
