高校學(xué)生評(píng)教的有效性研究
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the quality of higher education has gradually become an important issue in academic circles at home and abroad, and the construction of educational quality assurance system is also on the agenda. As one of the important ways to evaluate the quality of higher education, students' evaluation of teaching is playing an important role. However, due to the omission of students' evaluation of teaching, it may have an impact on the enthusiasm of students to participate in the evaluation of teaching. The main purpose of this study is to explore the real causes of the failure or partial failure of students' evaluation of teaching, and to put forward some suggestions for the improvement of the work of students' evaluation of teaching. The research adopts the form of combining qualitative research with quantitative research, through the questionnaire survey to understand the implementation of the current student evaluation of teaching work, through interviews to explore the subjective feelings of students participating in the work of evaluation of teaching. In order to find out the factors that affect the effectiveness of students' evaluation of teaching, we can find out the working links that affect the enthusiasm of students' participation in teaching evaluation. Based on the results of the investigation and the analysis of the causes, this study attempts to provide some simple suggestions for the improvement of students' evaluation of teaching.
