【摘要】：現(xiàn)代高校思想政治教育打破了傳統(tǒng)高校思想政治教育的局限性,明確了教育主體不再是單一的主體,它包括教育主體和對(duì)象主體。整個(gè)高校思想政治教育處于一個(gè)復(fù)雜的關(guān)系體系中,其中,主體間關(guān)系,即教育者和教育者、受教育者和受教育者、教育者和受教育者之間的關(guān)系是最基礎(chǔ)、最核心的關(guān)系,它是研究整個(gè)高校思想政治教育關(guān)系的邏輯起點(diǎn)。一個(gè)完整的現(xiàn)代高校思想政治教育是教育主體和對(duì)象主體之間相互理解、相互對(duì)話、相互合作的過(guò)程,即高校師師、師生、生生間的對(duì)話、理解、交流。主體間性作為現(xiàn)代高校思想政治教育主體間的應(yīng)然狀態(tài),有效地解決了傳統(tǒng)高校思想政治教育中存在的諸多問(wèn)題,適應(yīng)了新時(shí)代教育改革和發(fā)展的迫切需要,有效地促進(jìn)高校中的人們形成優(yōu)良的思想政治品德及其行為。因此,本課題的研究,有著深刻的理論和實(shí)踐意義。它有助于高校思想政治教育理論的發(fā)展和完善,有助于加速高校思想政治教育的改革和創(chuàng)新,有助于促進(jìn)人自由全面的發(fā)展。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分。 第一部分,引言。簡(jiǎn)述研究工作的目的和意義和國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在相關(guān)方面已取得的研究成果。 第二部分,現(xiàn)代高校思想政治教育主體及主體間關(guān)系概論。在這部分重新界定了高校思想政治教育主體的內(nèi)涵及其構(gòu)成,多層面分析了現(xiàn)代高校思想政治教育主體間的關(guān)系。 第三部分,現(xiàn)代高校思想政治教育主體間應(yīng)然狀態(tài)及其現(xiàn)實(shí)表現(xiàn)。在這部分指出主體間性是現(xiàn)代高校思想政治教育的本質(zhì)要求,詳細(xì)闡述了高校思想政治教育主體間性關(guān)系的內(nèi)涵、特征、現(xiàn)實(shí)表現(xiàn)及其現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 第四部分,現(xiàn)代高校思想政治教育主體間關(guān)系構(gòu)建。在這一部分中,提出了高校思想政治教育交往模式,深入挖掘了高校思想政治教育交往模式的內(nèi)涵、要素構(gòu)成、結(jié)構(gòu)分析。另外,用圖示的方法詳細(xì)地分析了現(xiàn)代高校思想政治教育交往模式中的主體要素及其要素間的關(guān)系。 第五部分,現(xiàn)代高校思想政治教育主體間關(guān)系發(fā)展對(duì)策。在這里主要從主體間性角度出發(fā)具體闡述了高校思想政治教育師生、師師、生生之間關(guān)系的發(fā)展對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education in modern colleges and universities has broken the limitation of the traditional ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and has made it clear that the main body of education is no longer a single subject, which includes the subject of education and the subject of object. The whole ideological and political education in colleges and universities is in a complex relationship system, in which the relationship between the subjects, that is, the relationship between the educator and the educatee, the educatee and the educatee is the most basic and core relationship. It is the logical starting point for the study of the relationship between ideological and political education in colleges and universities. A complete ideological and political education in modern colleges and universities is a process of mutual understanding, dialogue and cooperation between the subject of education and the subject of the object, that is, the dialogue, understanding and exchange between teachers, teachers and students, students and students in colleges and universities. Inter-subjectivity, as the necessary state among the subjects of ideological and political education in modern colleges and universities, has effectively solved many problems existing in the ideological and political education of traditional colleges and universities, and adapted to the urgent needs of the reform and development of education in the new era. Effectively promote the formation of good ideological and political morality and behavior in colleges and universities. Therefore, the research of this subject has profound theoretical and practical significance. It is helpful to the development and perfection of the theory of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, to the acceleration of the reform and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to the promotion of the free and all-round development of human beings. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part, introduction. The purpose and significance of the research work and the research achievements made by scholars at home and abroad are briefly described. The second part, the ideological and political education in modern colleges and the relationship between the subject. In this part, the connotation and composition of the subject of ideological and political education in colleges and universities are redefined, and the relationship between the subjects of ideological and political education in modern colleges and universities is analyzed. The third part, the ideological and political education in modern colleges and universities between the subject should be the state and its actual performance. In this part, the author points out that intersubjectivity is the essential requirement of ideological and political education in modern colleges and universities, and expounds in detail the connotation, characteristics, realistic expression and practical significance of the relationship between the subjects of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The fourth part, the relationship between ideological and political education in modern colleges and universities. In this part, the author puts forward the communication mode of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and deeply excavates the connotation, essential elements and structure of the communication mode of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In addition, the paper analyzes in detail the main elements and their relationships in the communication mode of ideological and political education in modern colleges and universities by using the method of illustration. The fifth part, the modern university ideological and political education between the relationship between the development of countermeasures. From the angle of inter-subjectivity, this paper expounds the development countermeasures of the relationship among teachers and students, teachers and students in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
