高等學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)員工作責(zé)任制研究

【摘要】:高校輔導(dǎo)員是教師隊(duì)伍的重要組成部分,是大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,是大學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)成才的指導(dǎo)者、引路人和知心朋友,是保證高等教育事業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展不可或缺的重要力量。輔導(dǎo)員工作是教育和培養(yǎng)人的工作,其使命感、責(zé)任感和有效性如何,,關(guān)系高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育理論和實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新,關(guān)系高校和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,關(guān)系社會(huì)主義合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人培養(yǎng)。其中,進(jìn)一步明確輔導(dǎo)員責(zé)任及其責(zé)任制實(shí)施,是新時(shí)期加強(qiáng)輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)與管理的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。本選題擬以普通高校輔導(dǎo)員工作責(zé)任制為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)責(zé)任制概念、理論基礎(chǔ)等概括和梳理,對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員工作現(xiàn)狀分析和提煉,探討了普通高校輔導(dǎo)員工作責(zé)任內(nèi)容和責(zé)任制建立,重點(diǎn)闡述了責(zé)任制責(zé)任落實(shí)和責(zé)任考核。本文共分為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分主要對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員工作責(zé)任制進(jìn)行概述。闡明高校輔導(dǎo)員工作責(zé)任制相關(guān)概念、建立高校輔導(dǎo)員工作責(zé)任制理論基礎(chǔ)和對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員工作責(zé)任制現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。 第二部分主要闡述高校輔導(dǎo)員工作責(zé)任制內(nèi)容。在大量閱讀關(guān)于高校輔導(dǎo)員工作文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合自身從教經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析歸納了高校輔導(dǎo)員工作責(zé)任內(nèi)容,主要涉及學(xué)生思想政治教育、班級(jí)管理工作和激勵(lì)促進(jìn)學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)成才三大方面。 第三部分主要闡述高校輔導(dǎo)員工作責(zé)任考核。包括考核理論概述、考核指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建和考核結(jié)果應(yīng)用三個(gè)方面。對(duì)考核的概念、原則、方法、內(nèi)容和程序作了述及,構(gòu)建了責(zé)任考核指標(biāo)體系,包括指標(biāo)權(quán)重設(shè)計(jì)等,以及考核結(jié)果在輔導(dǎo)員獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)懲罰、崗位競(jìng)聘、職務(wù)職稱晉升三個(gè)方面的應(yīng)用。 第四部分提出了高校輔導(dǎo)員工作責(zé)任制落實(shí)的舉措,即統(tǒng)一思想,提高認(rèn)識(shí);明確內(nèi)容,細(xì)化責(zé)任;健全制度,完善措施;指導(dǎo)培訓(xùn),加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:College counselors are an important part of the teaching team, the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students, and the guides, guides and intimate friends of college students who have grown up healthily. It is an indispensable force to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of higher education. The work of counselors is the work of educating and cultivating people. The sense of mission, sense of responsibility and effectiveness of counselors are related to the theoretical and practical innovation of college students' ideological and political education, and to the stability of colleges and society. Related to socialist qualified builders and reliable successors training. Among them, it is an important and difficult point to strengthen the construction and management of counselors in the new period by further clarifying the responsibility of counselors and the implementation of their responsibility system. This topic is to take the work responsibility system of counselors in colleges and universities as the research object, through summarizing and combing the concept of responsibility system and the theoretical basis, this paper analyzes and refines the present situation of the work of counselors. This paper probes into the content of the work responsibility and the establishment of the responsibility system of the counselors in colleges and universities, with emphasis on the implementation of the responsibility system and the assessment of the responsibility. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is an overview of the work responsibility system of college counselors. This paper expounds the related concepts of the work responsibility system of college counselors, establishes the theoretical basis of the work responsibility system of university counselors and analyzes the present situation of the work responsibility system of university counselors. The second part mainly expounds the content of the work responsibility system of college counselors. On the basis of reading a large number of documents about the work of college counselors and combining with their own teaching experience, this paper analyzes and sums up the contents of the work responsibilities of college counselors, which mainly involve the ideological and political education of students. Class management and encouragement to promote the healthy growth of students three major aspects. The third part mainly expounds the assessment of college counselors' work responsibility. It includes three aspects: the overview of assessment theory, the construction of evaluation index system and the application of assessment results. The concept, principle, method, content and procedure of assessment are described, and the index system of responsibility assessment, including the design of index weight, is constructed, and the result of assessment is rewarded and punished by counselors. Application of three aspects of post promotion. The fourth part puts forward the measures of implementing the work responsibility system of college counselors, that is, unifying ideas, raising awareness, clarifying the content, refining responsibility, perfecting the system, perfecting measures, guiding and training, strengthening supervision and control.
