低年級醫(yī)學(xué)生在校學(xué)習(xí)、閑暇現(xiàn)狀及學(xué)業(yè)成績影響因素分析

【摘要】:目的:了解醫(yī)科院校低年級(一、二、三年級)不同年級大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)生活及閑暇生活的現(xiàn)狀,分析低年級醫(yī)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績的影響因素。試圖為構(gòu)建科學(xué)有效的大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)機制和生活機制提供有效建議,構(gòu)建和諧校園。 方法:采用隨機整群抽樣的方法,抽取中南大學(xué)湘雅醫(yī)學(xué)院一、二、三年級不同專業(yè)的部分班級學(xué)生完成調(diào)查問卷。將調(diào)查對象的所有資料導(dǎo)入SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件建立數(shù)據(jù)庫文件。并用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。研究內(nèi)容包括:(1)低年級醫(yī)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)生活現(xiàn)狀;(2)低年級醫(yī)學(xué)生的閑暇生活現(xiàn)狀;(3)低年級醫(yī)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績的影響因素分析。 結(jié)果:一、低年級在校醫(yī)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀:(1)三個年級的學(xué)習(xí)目的尚不能認(rèn)為有差別(P0.05),學(xué)習(xí)目的呈現(xiàn)出市場化趨勢;(2)三個年級的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度可認(rèn)為有差別(P0.05),一至三年級,上課出勤率按年級降低,課堂興趣按年級降低,課堂學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度認(rèn)真度也按年級降低,對專業(yè)的熱衷度也降低;(3)三個年級的學(xué)習(xí)取向也有差別(P0.05),也已不再把成績的好壞作為衡量個人能力的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對成績的要求逐年級降低,更注重自己的全面發(fā)展,以適應(yīng)快速發(fā)展的社會。 二、低年級在校醫(yī)學(xué)生閑暇生活現(xiàn)狀:(1)三個年級的閑暇時間可認(rèn)為有差別(P0.05),三個年級擁有的閑暇時間按年級增加,但缺乏計劃性(三個年級的閑暇時間計劃尚不能認(rèn)為有差別)。(2)三個年級的閑暇生活內(nèi)容尚不能認(rèn)為有差別(P0.05),閑暇生活內(nèi)容豐富,主要傾向于消遣娛樂,網(wǎng)絡(luò)已成不可缺少的工具,用在體育鍛煉和實踐能力培養(yǎng)上的時間偏少。(3)低年級在校醫(yī)學(xué)生的閑暇質(zhì)量差、閑暇價值觀較模糊。 三、多因素非條件Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果表明,影響醫(yī)學(xué)生成績的因素有:性別、家庭月收入、父親文化程度、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、對考試成績的期望。 結(jié)論:低年級醫(yī)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)生活及閑暇生活,不同年級表現(xiàn)出來的有所不同?偟膩碚f:(1)低年級醫(yī)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)目的多樣化、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度積極、學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)明確。(2)低年級醫(yī)學(xué)生閑暇時間充裕、閑暇生活豐富、閑暇生活質(zhì)量待提高。(3)多因素非條件Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果表明,影響醫(yī)學(xué)生成績的因素有:性別、家庭月收入、父親文化程度、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、對考試成績的期望。 基于本次研究,對低年級學(xué)生教育的兩個建議:(1)對不同年級的在校醫(yī)學(xué)生進行階段性引導(dǎo)。(2)學(xué)校應(yīng)該提供良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,教育設(shè)施及體育設(shè)施。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the present situation of the study life and leisure life of the students of different grades in medical colleges and universities, and to analyze the influencing factors of the academic achievement of the medical students in the lower grade. This paper attempts to provide effective suggestions for the construction of scientific and effective learning mechanism and living mechanism of college students and to construct a harmonious campus. Methods: random cluster sampling was used to select some students of different majors from Xiangya Medical College of Central South University to complete the questionnaire. Import all the data of the survey object into the SPSS17.0 statistical software to establish the database file. Statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS17.0 software. The contents of the study include: (1) the current situation of medical students' learning life in the lower grade; (2) the present situation of the leisure life of the medical students in the lower grade; (3) the analysis of the influencing factors of the academic achievement of the medical students in the lower grade. Results: (1) the learning goals of the three grades were not considered different (P0.05), and the learning goals showed a market-oriented trend; (2) the learning attitudes of the three grades were considered to be different (P0.05), and the first to the third grades were different (P0.05). The attendance rate of class is reduced by grade, the interest of class is decreased by grade, the seriousness of classroom study attitude is also reduced by grade, and the enthusiasm for specialty is also reduced. (3) the learning orientation of the three grades is different (P0.05), and the quality of achievement is no longer regarded as the only criterion to measure individual ability, the requirement of grade by grade is lowered, and the overall development of oneself is paid more attention to in order to adapt to the rapidly developing society. Second, the current situation of the leisure life of the medical students in the lower grade: (1) the leisure time of the three grades can be considered to be different (P0.05), the leisure time of the three grades increases according to the grade, But lack of planning (three grades of leisure time planning can not be considered as different). (2) three grades of leisure life content can not be considered as different (P0.05), leisure life content rich, mainly tend to entertainment, The network has become an indispensable tool, the time used in physical exercise and practical ability training is less. (3) the leisure quality of the medical students in the lower grade is poor, and the leisure values are vague. Thirdly, the results of multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing medical students' achievement were gender, family monthly income, father's education level, learning attitude and expectation of examination results. Conclusion: the study life and leisure life of medical students in lower grade are different in different grades. Generally speaking: (1) the lower grade medical students have diversified learning goals, positive learning attitudes and clear learning goals. (2) the medical students in the lower grade have abundant leisure time and abundant leisure life. (3) the results of multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing medical students' achievement were gender, family monthly income, father's education level, learning attitude and expectation of examination results. Based on this study, two suggestions are put forward: (1) to guide the medical students in different grades at different stages; (2) to provide a good learning environment, educational facilities and sports facilities.
