創(chuàng)業(yè)型大學(xué)發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)及啟示
[Abstract]:As a new model for the development of universities, entrepreneurial universities have received extensive attention from the educational and social circles of foreign countries since their birth. At the end of the 20th century, the related theories of entrepreneurial universities were introduced into our country. And gradually become a hot spot of higher education research. At present, a number of universities in the world have completed the transition to entrepreneurial universities, and have made remarkable achievements. Through transformation, these universities not only made their own leapfrog development, but also raised the level of national and regional economic development. There is no doubt that revealing the value concept, organizational characteristics, growth process, development mechanism and system arrangement of entrepreneurial universities is of great significance to the development and reform of Chinese universities and the promotion of national innovation ability. First of all, based on the literature review, this paper analyzes the relevant theoretical problems of entrepreneurial universities: the so-called entrepreneurial universities refer to the positive response to social needs and environmental changes, and the transformation of knowledge resources into knowledge capital. In order to obtain their own momentum of development of new universities. Like any new type of university in the past, the rise of entrepreneurial university also has its inherent logic which accords with the law of the development of higher education: it is the inevitable result of higher education system responding to the change of social demand; It is the inevitable reflection of the changes in the living environment of higher education institutions and the inevitable result of the organizational changes of higher education institutions under the background of knowledge transformation. Compared with the traditional universities, entrepreneurial universities have their own unique organizational characteristics: the application of knowledge and service for social development as the organizational goal, academic capitalism as the organizational culture, organizational structure emphasizes the realization of organizational flexibility. In teaching and research, we should pay more attention to practical problems, attach importance to the efficiency of knowledge production in resource allocation, and highlight entrepreneurial activities and business operations in operation mode. Secondly, select National University of Singapore as a case study and analyze the background, ways and achievements of the transition from National University of Singapore to entrepreneurial university. On this basis, the successful experiences of National University of Singapore in the development of entrepreneurial universities are summed up: to formulate new development strategies according to the changes in the environment, to select appropriate leaders to lead the changes, to establish flexible organizational structures, to establish entrepreneurial service systems; Cultivate students' entrepreneurial spirit, carry out theoretical research related to innovation and entrepreneurship, and pay attention to experience. Finally, based on the successful experience of the National University of Singapore in the development of entrepreneurial universities, this paper puts forward the enlightenment to the development of entrepreneurial universities in China: the government must provide the necessary policy support for the development of entrepreneurial universities; To establish the university intellectual property system; to build a platform for entrepreneurial services; to build an interdisciplinary research platform; to carry out entrepreneurship education; to carry out theoretical research related to innovation and entrepreneurship, and to pay attention to experience.
