【摘要】：我國(guó)高校新任教師培訓(xùn)面臨著培訓(xùn)制度及相關(guān)保障缺失、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容狹窄、培訓(xùn)方式機(jī)械被動(dòng)、培訓(xùn)評(píng)價(jià)單一等現(xiàn)實(shí)困境。為促進(jìn)新任教師角色轉(zhuǎn)變、提高他們的專業(yè)發(fā)展水平、提升高等教育質(zhì)量等,應(yīng)重構(gòu)培訓(xùn)制度及相關(guān)保障、優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容與結(jié)構(gòu)、采用多樣化的培訓(xùn)方式、實(shí)施發(fā)展性培訓(xùn)評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:The training of new teachers in colleges and universities in China is faced with such practical difficulties as the lack of training system and related safeguards, the narrow training content, the mechanical passivity of training methods, the single training evaluation and so on. In order to promote the change of new teachers' role, improve their professional development level and improve the quality of higher education, we should restructure the training system and related safeguards, optimize the content and structure of the training, and adopt a variety of training methods.
