哈爾濱理工大學后勤集團公司人力資源管理4P體系構(gòu)建

【摘要】:近幾年來,高等院校正在以較快的速度不斷地發(fā)展壯大,而高校后勤是高校的重要組成部分,對高校后勤的人力資源管理的研究也逐漸得到重視。本論文在參考國內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,,應用人力資源管理4P體系,對哈爾濱理工大學后勤集團的人力資源管理進行了深入的研究。 論文以哈爾濱理工大學后勤集團為研究對象,分析了其人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,提出了運用人力資源管理4P體系對后勤集團公司的人力資源再造。第一部分介紹了研究的背景、目的和意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和論文的研究思路、內(nèi)容、方法和創(chuàng)新之處等。第二部分對人力資源管理4P體系相關(guān)內(nèi)容進行綜述。第三部分對哈爾濱理工大學后勤集團人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進行深入的分析研究。第四部分結(jié)合哈爾濱理工大學后勤集團公司的實際情況進行人力資源管理4P體系的構(gòu)建。從素質(zhì)管理、崗位管理、績效管理及薪酬管理四個子體系闡述了人力資源管理4P體系的構(gòu)建流程,并分別論證了各個子系統(tǒng)對實現(xiàn)后勤集團發(fā)展目標的重要作用;在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了哈爾濱理工大學后勤集團戰(zhàn)略人力資源管理4P體系。第五部分從實際應用入手,對如何將人力資源管理4P體系運用到實際工作當中去,提出哈爾濱理工大學后勤集團人力資源管理4P體系的實施策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, colleges and universities are developing rapidly, and university logistics is an important part of colleges and universities, and the research on human resources management of university logistics has been paid more and more attention. Based on the domestic and foreign research results, this paper makes a deep research on the human resource management of Harbin University of Technology Logistics Group by applying the 4P system of human resource management. This paper takes the logistics group of Harbin University of Technology as the research object, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of its human resource management, and puts forward the application of the 4p system of human resource management to the reengineering of the human resources of the logistics group company. The first part introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad and the research ideas, contents, methods and innovations. The second part summarizes the related contents of human resource management 4 P system. In the third part, the present situation and existing problems of human resource management in logistics group of Harbin University of Technology are deeply analyzed and studied. The fourth part combines the actual situation of Harbin University of Technology logistics group to build the 4p system of human resource management. From the four sub-systems of quality management, post management, performance management and salary management, this paper expounds the construction process of 4P system of human resource management, and demonstrates the important role of each subsystem in realizing the development goal of logistics group. On this basis, the 4 P system of strategic human resource management of Harbin University of Technology Logistics Group is constructed. The fifth part from the practical application, how to apply the 4P system of human resources management to the actual work, put forward the implementation strategy of the 4P system of the logistics group of Harbin University of Technology.
