【摘要】：本文從知識供應(yīng)鏈的視角出發(fā),對我國高等學(xué)校知識轉(zhuǎn)移的途徑、渠道以及影響因素和知識轉(zhuǎn)移效率等方面進(jìn)行了研究。 論文對知識管理、知識供應(yīng)鏈、知識轉(zhuǎn)移等相關(guān)理論及其研究狀況進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和歸納。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了高校知識轉(zhuǎn)移的機(jī)理,以知識供應(yīng)鏈模型為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建了高校知識供應(yīng)鏈的基本模型,對知識的創(chuàng)新、流通、使用過程進(jìn)行了綜合的分析；從知識供應(yīng)鏈管理的角度,分析了知識增值過程；在研究知識供應(yīng)鏈中兩個重要參與者高校和企業(yè)在知識轉(zhuǎn)移中的行為特征的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了高校知識轉(zhuǎn)移的動力機(jī)制和企業(yè)吸收高校轉(zhuǎn)移知識的動力機(jī)制；分析了知識供應(yīng)鏈管理的信任機(jī)制、學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)制和利益分配機(jī)制。利用2006-2009年統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),采用DEA的方法計算了我國各省、直轄市高校知識創(chuàng)新和知識轉(zhuǎn)移的效率,分析了影響高校知識轉(zhuǎn)移效率的關(guān)鍵因素,并對提出了提高我國高校知識轉(zhuǎn)移效率建議和策略。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of knowledge supply chain, this paper studies the approaches, channels, influencing factors and efficiency of knowledge transfer in higher education institutions in China. This paper summarizes the theories and research status of knowledge management, knowledge supply chain and knowledge transfer. On this basis, the mechanism of knowledge transfer in colleges and universities is analyzed. Based on the knowledge supply chain model, the basic model of knowledge supply chain in colleges and universities is constructed, and the process of innovation, circulation and use of knowledge is comprehensively analyzed. From the point of view of knowledge supply chain management, this paper analyzes the process of knowledge increment, and studies the behavior characteristics of two important participants in knowledge supply chain in knowledge transfer. This paper probes into the motive mechanism of knowledge transfer in colleges and universities and the motive mechanism of enterprises absorbing knowledge transfer in colleges and universities, and analyzes the trust mechanism, learning mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism of knowledge supply chain management. Based on the statistical data from 2006 to 2009, this paper calculates the efficiency of knowledge innovation and knowledge transfer in colleges and universities in all provinces and municipalities of China by using the method of DEA, and analyzes the key factors that affect the efficiency of knowledge transfer in colleges and universities. Suggestions and strategies are put forward to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer in colleges and universities in China.
