【摘要】：在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)大環(huán)境和高等教育唯專業(yè)化、實用化等多重因素的影響下，高校的人文素質(zhì)教育存在著邊緣化的趨勢，這是不爭的事實。如何突破高校人文素質(zhì)教育的“瓶頸”，提升學(xué)生的人文素養(yǎng)，是一個亟待解決的課題。本論文認(rèn)為武術(shù)文化可以作為人文素質(zhì)教育的有效載體，并以此為立論依據(jù)，首先，以問卷的方法對高校人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查，通過對調(diào)查結(jié)果的分析本論文認(rèn)為，當(dāng)前高校人文素質(zhì)教育滯后的成因主要由以下四方面的不足所造成：人文教育的環(huán)境、人文教育的方式、人文教育的內(nèi)容、人文教育的目的。其次，從人文精神分析入手，理清了武術(shù)中所蘊含的人文內(nèi)涵：天人合一的人文視野，，貴和尚中的人文情懷，尊德重禮的人文情感，立德事功的人文追求。再次，基于高校人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的調(diào)查和成因分析，進(jìn)一步提出了武術(shù)在高校人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中能夠起到作用：塑造健全人格、提高心理素質(zhì)、涵育文明修養(yǎng)、激勵進(jìn)取精神。針對武術(shù)文化教學(xué)在河南省普通高校人文素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)過程中存在的問題，提出了基本對策：加強人文教育的環(huán)境；明確教學(xué)目標(biāo)，定位教學(xué)類型；加大教材的改革，增強教學(xué)的內(nèi)容；弘揚中華傳統(tǒng)文化，注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生武德教育；加大資金投入，加快場館建設(shè)，改善高校武術(shù)文化教學(xué)條件。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of many factors such as market economy, specialization and practicality of higher education, there is a tendency to marginalize humanistic quality education in colleges and universities, which is an indisputable fact. How to break through the bottleneck of humanistic quality education in colleges and universities and improve students' humanistic literacy is an urgent task to be solved. This paper holds that Wushu culture can be used as an effective carrier of humanistic quality education, and takes it as the basis of argument. Firstly, the present situation of humanistic quality cultivation in colleges and universities is investigated by questionnaire, and the result is analyzed in this paper. At present, the causes of lagged humanistic quality education in colleges and universities are mainly caused by the following four aspects: the environment of humanistic education, the way of humanistic education, the content of humanistic education and the purpose of humanistic education. Secondly, starting with the analysis of humanistic spirit, the author clarifies the humanistic connotation contained in Wushu: the humanistic vision of the unity of nature and man, the humanistic feelings in the noble monks, the humanistic emotion of respecting morality and the respect for courtesy, and the humanistic pursuit of virtue and merit. Thirdly, based on the investigation and analysis of the causes of humanistic quality cultivation in colleges and universities, it is further put forward that Wushu can play a role in the cultivation of humanistic quality in colleges and universities: shaping and perfecting personality, improving psychological quality, cultivating civilized cultivation and encouraging enterprising spirit. In view of the problems existing in the teaching of Wushu culture in the course of cultivating the humanistic quality of colleges and universities in Henan Province, this paper puts forward some basic countermeasures: strengthening the environment of humanistic education, defining the teaching objectives, locating the teaching types, strengthening the reform of teaching materials, Strengthen the content of teaching; carry forward the traditional Chinese culture, pay attention to cultivating students' martial arts education; increase the investment of funds, speed up the construction of stadiums and gymnasiums, improve the teaching conditions of martial arts culture in colleges and universities.
