【摘要】：民族院校思想政治教育工作具有自己的特殊性。如何提升民族院校思想政治教育工作的針對性和實效性是當前民族院校面臨的重要問題。包括將情感教育納入工作理念、不斷創(chuàng)新工作方式和方法、做學生的朋友、開展"我愛我家"建設、微笑使學生倍感親切等情感教育的應用,可以使民族院校的思想政治教育工作取得較好的實效。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education in ethnic colleges has its own particularity. How to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in ethnic colleges and universities is an important problem. Including integrating emotional education into the work concept, constantly innovating working methods and methods, being students' friends, carrying out the construction of "I love my family" and making students feel more affectionate by smiling.
