駐濟(jì)高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前世界處于“后危機(jī)時(shí)代”,許多企業(yè)尚未完全擺脫經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的嚴(yán)重打擊,不能大量吸收就業(yè),就業(yè)形勢(shì)仍然嚴(yán)峻。大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題亦日益突出,一方面大學(xué)生在擇業(yè)時(shí)存在“一崗難求”的現(xiàn)象,另一方面用人單位在擇人時(shí)出現(xiàn)“一人難求”的境況。大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題,既受我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)及高等教育發(fā)展的影響,也受大學(xué)生自身就業(yè)力的影響。大學(xué)生就業(yè)力研究有助于解決大學(xué)生就業(yè)難題,關(guān)乎千萬(wàn)家庭的幸福與希望,關(guān)系高等教育的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,關(guān)系國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。我國(guó)少有學(xué)者正式引入“就業(yè)力”的概念,對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)力的操作化研究就更少了。本文通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的研究,以期為大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題的解決提供新的思路。 本文借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究,綜合運(yùn)用篩選理論、就業(yè)理論、能力理論、評(píng)價(jià)理論和網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法等理論和研究方法,從以下四個(gè)方面就大學(xué)生就業(yè)力評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)研究: 一是大學(xué)生就業(yè)力概念內(nèi)涵界定。在梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外大量關(guān)于大學(xué)生就業(yè)力的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)力的概念、特征予以界定,提出研究預(yù)設(shè),搭建概念模型,為后續(xù)研究奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 二是大學(xué)生就業(yè)力影響因素篩選。大學(xué)生能否就業(yè)關(guān)鍵是用人單位是否愿意接收,因此從用人單位篩選大學(xué)生的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)入手調(diào)查影響因素,,選取山東省具有代表性的用人單位實(shí)施兩輪問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,根據(jù)各影響因素贊同百分比及重要程度得分,篩選出大學(xué)生就業(yè)力影響因素。 三是大學(xué)生就業(yè)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建。運(yùn)用SPSS17.0進(jìn)行因子分析,構(gòu)建包含顯性指標(biāo)、隱性指標(biāo)2個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo),基本情況、家庭狀況、學(xué)業(yè)狀況、職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、求職技能和工作能力等6個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)以及23個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)在內(nèi)的大學(xué)生就業(yè)力指標(biāo)體系;進(jìn)而運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法ANP及超級(jí)決軟件SD賦予各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,使大學(xué)生就業(yè)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系由理論層面步入實(shí)踐操作層面。 四是大學(xué)生就業(yè)力實(shí)證分析及提升策略。選取具有代表性的9所駐濟(jì)高校進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)力進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng),根據(jù)測(cè)評(píng)結(jié)果,結(jié)合各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,鎖定大學(xué)生就業(yè)力“短板”,即專業(yè)類型、家庭狀況、實(shí)習(xí)兼職經(jīng)歷、職業(yè)資格證書、獲獎(jiǎng)情況、責(zé)任意識(shí)、職業(yè)規(guī)劃能力以及創(chuàng)新能力;并針對(duì)關(guān)鍵增值點(diǎn),制定政府、高校、用人單位、大學(xué)生“四位一體”的大學(xué)生就業(yè)力提升策略。
[Abstract]:At present, the world is in a post-crisis era, many enterprises have not completely escaped the severe blow of the economic crisis, can not absorb a large number of employment, the employment situation is still grim. The problem of college students' employment is becoming more and more prominent. On the one hand, the phenomenon of "one post is difficult" for college students to choose their jobs; on the other hand, the situation of "one person is difficult to seek" occurs when employers choose people. The employment problem of college students is influenced not only by the development of socialist market economy and higher education, but also by their own employability. The study on the employability of college students is helpful to solve the employment problem of college students, which is related to the happiness and hope of thousands of families, the sustainable and healthy development of higher education, the national economic construction and social stability. Few scholars in China have formally introduced the concept of "employability", and the operational research on the employability of college students is even less. Through the research on the evaluation index system of college students' employability, this paper hopes to provide a new way of thinking for solving the employment problems of college students. This article draws lessons from the domestic and foreign related research, synthetically uses the screening theory, the employment theory, the ability theory, the appraisal theory and the network analysis method and so on theory and research method. This paper studies the evaluation of college students' employability from the following four aspects: first, the definition of the concept of college students' employability. On the basis of combing a large number of literature about college students' employability at home and abroad, this paper defines the concept and characteristics of college students' employability, puts forward the research presupposition, builds the conceptual model, and lays a solid foundation for the follow-up research. Second, the selection of influencing factors of college students'employability. The key to the employment of college students is whether the employer is willing to accept them. Therefore, starting with the criteria for selecting college students by the employing units, we select the representative employers in Shandong Province to carry out two rounds of questionnaires. According to the percentage of approval and the score of importance degree, the influencing factors of college students' employability were screened out. The third is the establishment of the evaluation index system of college students'employability. Using SPSS17.0 to carry on factor analysis, construct two primary indexes, including dominant index, recessive index, basic condition, family condition, academic condition, professional accomplishment, etc. The index system of college students' employability, including 6 secondary indexes such as job search skills and work ability and 23 tertiary indexes, is given weight by network analysis method (ANP) and super decision software (SD). To make the evaluation index system of college students employability from the theoretical level into the practical level. Fourth, the employment ability of college students empirical analysis and promotion strategies. This paper selects 9 representative colleges and universities to carry on the empirical research, carries on the appraisal to the university student employment ability, according to the evaluation result, unifies each index weight, carries on the data analysis, locks the university student employment ability "short board", namely the specialized type, Family status, internship part-time experience, vocational qualification certificate, award-winning situation, responsibility awareness, career planning ability and innovation ability; and for key value-added points, the government, colleges and universities, employers, The four-in-one strategy of enhancing college students' employability.
