后現(xiàn)代背景下高校思想政治教育面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及其對策

【摘要】:思想政治教育是社會或社會群體用思想觀念、政治觀點、道德規(guī)范對其成員施加影響,使其形成符合一定社會或一定階級所需要的思想品德的社會實踐活動。后現(xiàn)代主義思潮,涉及文學、藝術、歷史、哲學、教育等領域。后現(xiàn)代背景下一些大學生存在政治信仰迷茫,集體主義精神不足,價值取向扭曲,誠信意識淡薄,社會責任感缺乏,優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)美德遺失等問題,享樂主義、個人主義和拜金主義滋生。高校必須將大學生思想政治教育放在首位。 本文分三大部分論述!昂蟋F(xiàn)代背景下高校思想政治教育概述”討論四個問題:后現(xiàn)代社會的主要特點,從社會特征看是信息和科學技術膨脹的時代,從知識特征看一切知識都被數(shù)字化、符號化、商品化。后現(xiàn)代主義的內涵,即對現(xiàn)代主義的回應,排斥“整體”的觀念,強調異質性、特殊性和唯一性;后現(xiàn)代主義主要特征即非理性、反基礎、反中心、多元視角、消解主體性和反傳統(tǒng)。后現(xiàn)代背景下高校思想政治教育策略研究意義,從理論意義上而言促進思想政治教育學科的理論建設,從實踐意義上而言增強大學生思想政治教育的實效性!昂蟋F(xiàn)代背景下高校思想政治教育面臨的挑戰(zhàn)”:價值多元導致思想政治教育主導功能受到干擾。思想政治教育者主導地位受到沖擊,體現(xiàn)在教育目的觀上、教育立場、師生觀上的沖擊。大學生信仰危機現(xiàn)象普遍,體現(xiàn)在沒有精神家園,信仰日趨功利化,價值評價標準模糊!皯獙蟋F(xiàn)代背景下高校思想政治教育挑戰(zhàn)的策略”討論三個問題:要將社會主義核心價值體系潛移默化的融入高校思想政治教育,這種做法有利于辨別認識后現(xiàn)代主義思潮積極面和消極面。不斷加強思想政治教育者的主導地位、主導意識,通過鞏固課堂載體和占領網(wǎng)絡陣地構筑思想政治教育者的主導陣地,通過結合時代特色和社會熱點進行教育、實施疏導方針和優(yōu)化思想政治教育環(huán)境豐富思想政治教育者的主導方法。重視大學生理想信念教育;學校要加大教育教學改革力度,重視價值觀和法律意識教育,弘揚愛國主義、集體主義、社會主義主旋律;加強中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德教育。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is a social practical activity in which the society or the social group exerts influence on its members with the idea of ideology, political point of view and moral standard, so that it can meet the needs of a certain society or a certain class. Post-modernism, involving literature, art, history, philosophy, education and other fields. Under the background of post-modern, some college students have some problems such as confused political belief, lack of collectivism spirit, distortion of value orientation, weak sense of honesty and credit, lack of social responsibility, loss of outstanding traditional virtues, and hedonism. Individualism and money worship breed. Colleges and universities must put the ideological and political education of college students in the first place. This paper is divided into three parts.
