【摘要】：大學(xué)的特色教育是學(xué)校的核心競爭力之一，是衡量一所學(xué)校人才質(zhì)量及辦學(xué)水平的標(biāo)志之一，在很大程度上體現(xiàn)了學(xué)校的社會聲譽(yù)，彰顯高校的特色人才魅力。在社會教育資源有限的情況下，高校發(fā)展應(yīng)該從自身的現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)思想、歷史淵源及學(xué)校所處的社會角色出發(fā)，，明確特色優(yōu)勢，實現(xiàn)師生資源的優(yōu)化配置，以正確的價值觀教育為導(dǎo)向，從而突出辦學(xué)特色。 時代發(fā)展對人才的需求，不僅僅是停留在大學(xué)生理論素養(yǎng)層面，更重要的是需要大學(xué)生在校期間逐步完善的價值體系和正確的價值取向為指導(dǎo)。因此，構(gòu)建大學(xué)生價值觀教育的嶄新模式，需要科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的理論指導(dǎo)，不斷探索大學(xué)生價值觀教育的目標(biāo)體系和內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)，通過適時的改革和創(chuàng)新，在機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)中建設(shè)大學(xué)生價值觀教育這一偉大工程，也是新時期研究和探討大學(xué)生價值觀教育工作中艱巨而重要的任務(wù)。以對傳統(tǒng)教育方式的繼承和調(diào)整創(chuàng)新為基礎(chǔ)，通過借鑒國外青年價值觀教育先進(jìn)的思想方法和實踐經(jīng)驗，努力探索運用新的方法。 本文采用理論與實踐相結(jié)合的方法，遵循綜合概括和繼承創(chuàng)新的原則，從理論基礎(chǔ)與實踐操作兩個層面設(shè)計安排了論文內(nèi)容。在理論層面上，把價值觀的本質(zhì)及其基本問題作為全文的理論基礎(chǔ)；在實踐操作層面上，提出具體培養(yǎng)措施，從特色教育的課程管理、特色教學(xué)方法及特色校園文化建設(shè)等方面實施具有高效特色的價值觀教育。
[Abstract]:The characteristic education of the university is one of the core competitiveness of the school and one of the symbols to measure the quality and the level of running a school. To a great extent, it reflects the social reputation of the school and highlights the charisma of the characteristic talents of the university. Under the situation of limited social educational resources, the development of colleges and universities should proceed from their own realistic guiding ideology, historical origin and social role of the school, make clear the characteristic advantages, and realize the optimal allocation of teachers and students' resources. Take the correct values education as the guidance, thus outstanding school running characteristic. The demand for talents in the development of the times is not only to stay at the level of college students' theoretical literacy, but also to be guided by the gradual improvement of the value system and the correct value orientation during the period of college students. Therefore, the construction of a new model of value education for college students needs the guidance of scientific and systematic theory, the continuous exploration of the target system and content structure of value education for college students, and the timely reform and innovation. The great project of constructing the value education of college students in the opportunity and challenge is also an arduous and important task in the research and discussion of the value education of college students in the new period. On the basis of inheriting and adjusting and innovating the traditional way of education, this paper tries to explore and apply the new method by drawing lessons from the advanced ideological methods and practical experience of foreign youth value education. This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice, follows the principle of comprehensive generalization and inheritance and innovation, and arranges the contents of the thesis from two aspects: theoretical foundation and practical operation. On the theoretical level, it takes the essence of the values and its basic problems as the theoretical basis of the full text, and puts forward the concrete training measures from the aspect of practice and operation to manage the curriculum of the characteristic education. The characteristic teaching method and the characteristic campus culture construction carry out the value education with the high efficiency characteristic.
