項(xiàng)目管理理論在獨(dú)立學(xué)院就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì),我國(guó)高等教育改革迅猛發(fā)展,中國(guó)高等教育已經(jīng)從“精英化”向“大眾化”推進(jìn),獨(dú)立學(xué)院作為一種新型的辦學(xué)模式,更深層次地印證了大眾化教育進(jìn)程的發(fā)展。獨(dú)立學(xué)院從產(chǎn)生到發(fā)展至今雖僅有十二年的時(shí)間,但其為更多學(xué)生提供了接受高等教育的機(jī)會(huì),但在當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)難已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)社會(huì)各界廣泛關(guān)注的課題的情況下,獨(dú)立學(xué)院作為一種新興事物,,還沒有被整個(gè)社會(huì)所認(rèn)可,其畢業(yè)生就業(yè)存在諸多困難,而獨(dú)立學(xué)院的就業(yè)率與就業(yè)質(zhì)量的高低又直接影響到獨(dú)立學(xué)院的生存和可持續(xù)發(fā)展,因此獨(dú)立學(xué)院就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作面對(duì)著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。因此獨(dú)立學(xué)院在對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行就業(yè)指導(dǎo)如何采取有效措施,建設(shè)一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的長(zhǎng)期有效的指導(dǎo)體系顯得尤為重要。 大學(xué)生就業(yè)制度從“統(tǒng)包統(tǒng)分”步入“自主擇業(yè),雙向選擇”的階段,這使高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作迅速?gòu)膫鹘y(tǒng)模式向適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)方向變革。本文在對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外高校對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的基礎(chǔ)上,以天津大學(xué)某獨(dú)立學(xué)院為例,運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的研究方法,在探討原有的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作理論和實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)理論,提出全程化、全員化就業(yè)指導(dǎo)模式,把學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)作為一個(gè)整體的中長(zhǎng)期項(xiàng)目加以運(yùn)作和管理,包括項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)、項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃、項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行、項(xiàng)目控制和項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)化等過(guò)程;同時(shí)要構(gòu)建獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目管理流程,包括組織、教育、服務(wù)等體系,形成貫穿整個(gè)大學(xué)階段的就業(yè)指導(dǎo),針對(duì)不同年級(jí),不同情況的學(xué)生進(jìn)行不同的項(xiàng)目控制措施。以此來(lái)闡述該項(xiàng)目管理的全過(guò)程,提出切實(shí)可行的操作流程和方案,幫助就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作順利開展,為今后的獨(dú)立學(xué)院就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作提供一定的實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the reform of higher education in our country is developing rapidly, and Chinese higher education has been advanced from "elite" to "popularization". As a new mode of running a school, independent colleges have confirmed the development of the process of mass education in a deeper level. Although it has only been 12 years since the independent college was born to develop, it has provided more students with the opportunity to receive higher education. However, at present, the difficulty of obtaining employment for college students has become a widespread concern of all walks of life in the society. As a new thing, the independent college has not been recognized by the whole society. There are many difficulties in the employment of its graduates, and the employment rate and the employment quality of the independent college have a direct impact on the survival and sustainable development of the independent college. Therefore the independent college employment guidance work is facing the stern challenge. Therefore, it is very important for independent colleges to take effective measures and build a systematic and effective guidance system for students' employment guidance. The employment system of college students has entered the stage of "choosing jobs independently and choosing jobs in both directions", which makes the employment guidance of colleges and universities change rapidly from the traditional mode to the orientation of adapting to the market economy. On the basis of comparing the employment guidance work of colleges and universities at home and abroad, taking an independent college of Tianjin University as an example, using the research method of questionnaire, this paper discusses the original theory and practice of employment guidance work. Applying the relevant theories of project management, this paper puts forward the mode of whole-process, all-staff employment guidance, and takes student employment guidance as an integral medium and long term project to operate and manage, including project initiation, project planning, project implementation, etc. At the same time, it is necessary to construct the management process of the independent college students' employment guidance project, including organization, education, service and so on, so as to form the employment guidance that runs through the whole university stage, aiming at different grades. Students in different situations carry out different project control measures. In this way, the whole process of the project management is expounded, the practical operation flow and scheme are put forward, the employment guidance work is carried out smoothly, and some practical references are provided for the future employment guidance work in independent colleges.
