【摘要】：隨著我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,社會(huì)對(duì)高校人才培養(yǎng)的要求也不斷提高,高等教育在滿足精英培養(yǎng)的同時(shí),需要培養(yǎng)大量高素質(zhì)的應(yīng)用型人才以滿足社會(huì)需要,高等教育大眾化是發(fā)展的必然趨勢。在這種形勢下,作為應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)主體的地方本科院校,其人才培養(yǎng)也應(yīng)與時(shí)俱進(jìn),符合社會(huì)需求。但實(shí)際情況中,地方本科院校的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量處境較為尷尬,學(xué)生的理論水平和研究能力不如一流的重點(diǎn)院校,實(shí)踐能力又不及高職高專的。因此地方本科院校應(yīng)在定位于培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合學(xué)校的自身發(fā)展情況,對(duì)培養(yǎng)過程中的培養(yǎng)方案、課程體系、教學(xué)方法等因素進(jìn)行深入改革,建立符合學(xué)校自身定位與發(fā)展方向的人才培養(yǎng)模式是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本文通過對(duì)中原工學(xué)院在應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)中存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題進(jìn)行探討和研究,根據(jù)對(duì)學(xué)校進(jìn)行的實(shí)地調(diào)查等信息,分析我國地方高等院校在辦學(xué)中存在的共性問題,并結(jié)合中原工學(xué)院的實(shí)際辦學(xué)情況,提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展、改革策略,同時(shí)針對(duì)辦學(xué)過程中所遇到的普遍問題,為其他院校提出切實(shí)可行的解決方案,以促進(jìn)我國高等教育的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, the demand of the society for talent cultivation in Colleges and universities is also increasing. Higher education needs to cultivate a large number of high-quality applied talents to meet the needs of the society while meeting the needs of elite cultivation. Popularization of higher education is the inevitable trend of development. In this situation, as the main cultivator of applied talents. However, in reality, the quality of talent cultivation in local undergraduate colleges is in an awkward position, and the students'theoretical level and research ability are not as good as the first-class key colleges and universities, and their practical ability is not as good as those in Higher Vocational colleges. Based on the goal of cultivating applied talents and the development of the school itself, it is imperative to reform the training program, curriculum system, teaching methods and other factors in the process of training, and to establish a training model that conforms to the orientation and development of the school itself.
This paper probes into and studies the practical problems existing in the cultivation of Applied Talents in Zhongyuan Institute of Technology, analyzes the common problems existing in the running of local colleges and universities in China according to the field investigation and other information, and puts forward corresponding development and reform strategies according to the actual running situation of Zhongyuan Institute of Technology. In view of the common problems encountered in the process of running a school, this paper puts forward practical solutions for other colleges and universities to promote the development of higher education in China.
