【摘要】：正在德國的高等院校,教授是一個學科領域內教學與科研的組織與執(zhí)行者,最高級別的教授還是院系、教研室或研究所的行政管理者。自洪堡以后,德國高校的組織發(fā)展模式對世界各國高校影響頗深。但在近幾十年發(fā)展過程中,該模式也導致德高校不少人才流失。本文通過對德國高校教授的分類級別,以及教授評聘機制與流程進行扼要介紹,以期對我國高校教師及人事制度改革提供參考。一、背景情況德國的高等院校大至可分為三類:
[Abstract]:In German institutions of higher learning, professors are organizations and practitioners of teaching and research in a subject area, and the highest level professors are administrators of faculties, research offices, or institutes. Since Humboldt, the organizational development model of German universities has had a profound impact on universities all over the world. But in the process of development in recent decades, this model has also led to the loss of many talents in German universities. This paper gives a brief introduction to the classification of professors in universities in Germany, as well as the mechanism and process of the appointment of professors, in order to provide a reference for the reform of teachers and personnel systems in universities and colleges in China. First, German higher education institutions can be classified into three categories:
