教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)視角下的大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】: 上個(gè)世紀(jì)八十年代以來,由科技迅猛發(fā)展和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈?guī)淼娜瞬鸥?jìng)爭(zhēng)趨勢(shì)越來越明顯。大學(xué)作為人才培養(yǎng)的最高機(jī)構(gòu),其人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量備受社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注。隨著近幾年高等教育大眾化的推進(jìn)和高等教育規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,在高校人才培養(yǎng)數(shù)量不斷增長(zhǎng)的同時(shí),人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量逐漸成為社會(huì)和家長(zhǎng)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。教學(xué)作為影響人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素之一,如何提高大學(xué)教師的教學(xué)水平成為值得我們深入思考的問題,而教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)的提出,為促進(jìn)大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提供了一個(gè)全新的視角和途徑。 本文主要基于文獻(xiàn)研究,以教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)的重構(gòu)和回歸為著眼點(diǎn),立足于大學(xué)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,探討教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)視角下大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素,尤其是教師發(fā)展的政策和制度性因素,并嘗試提出改革和發(fā)展的思路和保障。 本文主要由這樣幾部分構(gòu)成:首先,闡釋教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)和大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵;對(duì)教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)視角下大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的涵義展開了新的思考;簡(jiǎn)要介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)與大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展研究的現(xiàn)狀。其次,論證了教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)促進(jìn)大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的必要性、可行性及作用。再次,按照內(nèi)在于教師的主體因素和外在于教師的環(huán)境等條件因素,著重分析了影響大學(xué)教師教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展的因素。最后,在上述研究基礎(chǔ)上,探討了教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)視角下大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的思路和制度保障。 總體看來,對(duì)大學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的研究,已成為近年來教師教育研究的重要內(nèi)容之一,尤其是以教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展為關(guān)鍵的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展研究,將對(duì)提高教育質(zhì)量、改革現(xiàn)有教師管理制度和學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)制度,促進(jìn)教師的發(fā)展有著重要的理論和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Since the eighties of last century, the trend of talent competition brought by the rapid development of science and technology and the increasingly fierce international competition has become more and more obvious. University as the highest institution of talent training, its talent training quality has been concerned by all walks of life. With the popularization of higher education and the expansion of the scale of higher education in recent years, the quality of talent training has gradually become the focus of attention of the society and parents while the number of talent training in colleges and universities is increasing. As one of the key factors affecting the quality of talent training, how to improve the teaching level of university teachers becomes a problem worthy of our deep consideration. It provides a new perspective and approach for promoting the professional development of university teachers. This paper is mainly based on literature research, focusing on the reconstruction and return of academic learning in teaching, based on the professional development of university teachers, and discussing the influencing factors of professional development of university teachers in the perspective of teaching and learning. Especially the policy and institutional factors of teacher development, and try to put forward the ideas and guarantees of reform and development. This paper mainly consists of the following parts: firstly, it explains the connotation of teaching academic and university teachers' professional development, and puts forward a new thinking on the meaning of university teachers' professional development from the perspective of teaching and learning. This paper briefly introduces the present situation of the research on teaching academic and university teachers' professional development at home and abroad. Secondly, it demonstrates the necessity, feasibility and function of academic teaching to promote the professional development of university teachers. Thirdly, according to the subjective factors of teachers and the environment of teachers, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the academic development of college teachers. Finally, on the basis of the above research, the author discusses the thinking and system guarantee of university teachers' professional development from the perspective of teaching and learning. In general, the research on the professional development of university teachers has become one of the important contents of the research on teacher education in recent years. Especially, the research on the professional development of teachers, which takes the development of teaching and learning as the key, will improve the quality of education. It is of great theoretical and practical value to reform the existing teacher management system and academic evaluation system and to promote the development of teachers.
