【摘要】：高等藝術院校是高等教育體系中的一個特殊而重要的組成部分,肩負著為社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)藝術人才的歷史任務。因此,了解并把握藝術類院校學生的思想特點,富有成效地開展思想道德教育工作,是目前高等藝術院校思想道德教育工作者的主要工作 本文主要內(nèi)容由三部分構成：首先,從我國社會主義藝術事業(yè)發(fā)展需要“德藝雙馨”藝術人才和高等藝術院校大學生成才的內(nèi)在需要出發(fā),闡述了加強藝術院校大學生思想道德教育的必要性；其次,重點分析了當前形勢下高等藝術院校思想道德教育的所存在的問題,及其產(chǎn)生的原因；在此基礎上提出改進及加強高等藝術院校思想道德教育工作的對策,以期高等藝術院校的思想道德教育變被動為主動、化挑戰(zhàn)為機遇,進而能夠提高高等藝術院校思想道德教育的實效性。
[Abstract]:As a special and important part of the higher education system, higher art colleges shoulder the historical task of cultivating high-quality artistic talents for socialist modernization. Therefore, we should understand and grasp the ideological characteristics of the students of art colleges and universities, and carry out the ideological and moral education work productively. Is the main work of ideological and moral education workers in art colleges and universities at present. The main contents of this paper are made up of three parts: first, In view of the inner needs of the development of socialist art in China, the author expounds the necessity of strengthening the ideological and moral education of the students in the art colleges and universities, and secondly, the author points out the necessity of strengthening the ideological and moral education of the students in the art colleges and universities. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems and causes of ideological and moral education in art colleges and universities under the current situation, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve and strengthen the ideological and moral education work in art colleges and universities. It is expected that the ideological and moral education in higher art colleges can be changed into passive and challenge into opportunities, and then the effectiveness of ideological and moral education in higher art colleges can be improved.
