【摘要】：堅(jiān)持公益性辦學(xué),不以營(yíng)利為目的,這是東方學(xué)院最鮮明的辦學(xué)特色。公益性使東方學(xué)院既區(qū)別于國(guó)家公辦高校,也區(qū)別于那些要求營(yíng)利回報(bào)的私立學(xué)校。東方學(xué)院按照教育規(guī)律辦學(xué),以提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量為唯一辦學(xué)宗旨。東方學(xué)院不搞股份私有制,沒有校產(chǎn)隱患;實(shí)行親屬回避制,沒有家族影響。始終堅(jiān)持公益性辦學(xué)方向以及由此所衍生凝練的東方精神,是東方學(xué)院辦學(xué)立校的根基、教書育人的靈魂。在創(chuàng)建特色應(yīng)用型本科院校中,東方學(xué)院進(jìn)一步以東方精神引領(lǐng)學(xué)院內(nèi)涵發(fā)展,在學(xué)院章程的修訂完善、法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)建、法人財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)的界定、教育教學(xué)模式的創(chuàng)新、黨的基層組織建設(shè)、各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度改革等方面,都表現(xiàn)出東方學(xué)院獨(dú)特精神氣質(zhì),引領(lǐng)中國(guó)民辦高等教育發(fā)展的正確方向。
[Abstract]:Adhere to the public welfare school, not for profit purposes, this is the most distinctive features of the Oriental College. The commonweal nature distinguishes the oriental college from the national public university and from the private school which demands profit return. Orient College in accordance with the rules of education, to improve the quality of talent training for the sole purpose. Orient College does not engage in private ownership of shares, there are no hidden dangers of school property; the implementation of kinship avoidance system, no family influence. The oriental spirit, which is derived from public welfare, is the foundation and the soul of teaching and educating people. In the course of establishing characteristic applied undergraduate colleges, Orient College leads the development of its connotation with the spirit of the Orient. In the revision and perfection of the college charter, the construction of the corporate governance structure, the definition of the legal person's property right, the innovation of the educational and teaching mode, the oriental college leads the development of the college's connotation. The construction of the Party's grass-roots organizations and the reform of the rules and regulations all show the unique spiritual temperament of the Oriental College and lead the development of private higher education in China in the correct direction.
