自媒體時(shí)代我國(guó)高校危機(jī)管理策略研究

【摘要】:信息技術(shù)的革新使人們進(jìn)入到自媒體時(shí)代,博客、論壇、社交網(wǎng)站、微博、微信等成為國(guó)內(nèi)當(dāng)下最為普及和流行的自媒體的應(yīng)用代表。作為一種全新的傳播媒介,自媒體的出現(xiàn)打破了過(guò)去傳統(tǒng)媒介的話語(yǔ)壟斷格局,將個(gè)體的資訊發(fā)布和信息自主置于中心地位,公眾的輿論空間和話語(yǔ)表達(dá)權(quán)得到進(jìn)一步延伸和釋放。面對(duì)“人人都有麥克風(fēng),人人都是記者,人人都是新聞傳播者”的自媒體時(shí)代,高校危機(jī)管理的形勢(shì)變得更加嚴(yán)峻,高校危機(jī)管理的難度日益增強(qiáng),管理強(qiáng)度不斷增大。因此,如何正確認(rèn)識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播媒介對(duì)高校危機(jī)管理的影響,借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播的巨大力量來(lái)有效推進(jìn)高校危機(jī)管理的理念變革和策略實(shí)施,維護(hù)校園的和諧與穩(wěn)定是無(wú)法回避、必須思考、亟待解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。 高校危機(jī)是社會(huì)危機(jī)的重要組成部分,加強(qiáng)高校危機(jī)管理是高校自身發(fā)展的需要,也是高校必須承擔(dān)的社會(huì)責(zé)任。面對(duì)自媒體給高校危機(jī)管理帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇,本文在深入理解自媒體、危機(jī)與高校危機(jī)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,借助危機(jī)管理理論工具,理清自媒體產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展的脈絡(luò),對(duì)自媒體時(shí)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的內(nèi)涵及特點(diǎn)展開(kāi)分析和研究。結(jié)合典型案例,一分為二地分析自媒體時(shí)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情社會(huì)影響力的正、負(fù)效應(yīng),明確指出自媒體時(shí)代我國(guó)高校加強(qiáng)危機(jī)管理具有重要意義。結(jié)合自媒體時(shí)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情對(duì)我國(guó)高校管理的影響,分析我國(guó)高校危機(jī)的表現(xiàn)及成因,對(duì)自媒體時(shí)代我國(guó)高校危機(jī)管理面臨的新問(wèn)題進(jìn)一步闡述。面對(duì)新形勢(shì)下的新問(wèn)題,提出自媒體時(shí)代提升高校危機(jī)管理能力的對(duì)策和建議,指出要以正確的原則為指導(dǎo),通過(guò)加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、重視網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的教育引領(lǐng)、實(shí)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情法制監(jiān)管、健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)控機(jī)制等措施強(qiáng)化自媒體的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情管理,,以促進(jìn)大學(xué)校園的和諧、穩(wěn)定與健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The innovation of information technology makes people enter the era of self-media, blogs, forums, social networking sites, Weibo, WeChat and so on become the most popular and popular self-media application representatives. As a new communication medium, the appearance of self-media broke the monopoly pattern of the traditional media in the past, and put the individual information release and information autonomy in the central position. The public opinion space and discourse expression right have been further extended and released. In the era of "everyone has a microphone, everyone is a reporter and everyone is a news communicator", the situation of crisis management in colleges and universities has become more and more severe, and the difficulty and intensity of crisis management in colleges and universities have been increasing day by day. Therefore, how to correctly understand the influence of the network media on the crisis management of colleges and universities, and how to effectively promote the concept reform and strategy implementation of the crisis management in colleges and universities with the help of the enormous power of the network communication, it is inevitable to maintain the harmony and stability of the campus. Must think, the realistic question that needs to be solved urgently. The university crisis is an important part of the social crisis. Strengthening the university crisis management is not only the need of the development of the university itself, but also the social responsibility that the university must undertake. In the face of the challenges and opportunities brought by the self-media to the crisis management of colleges and universities, this paper, on the basis of deeply understanding the concepts of self-media, crisis and university crisis, makes clear the context of the emergence and development of the self-media with the aid of the theoretical tools of crisis management. This paper analyzes and studies the connotation and characteristics of network public opinion in the era of self-media. Combined with typical cases, this paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of the social influence of network public opinion in the era of self-media, and points out clearly that it is of great significance to strengthen the crisis management in colleges and universities in the era of self-media. Combined with the influence of network public opinion on the management of colleges and universities in the era of self-media, this paper analyzes the manifestations and causes of the crisis in colleges and universities in China, and further expounds the new problems facing the crisis management in colleges and universities in the era of self-media. In the face of new problems in the new situation, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ability of crisis management in colleges and universities in the era of media, and points out that we should take the correct principles as the guidance, pay attention to the education and guidance of network public opinion through strengthening the construction of network public opinion team. In order to promote the harmonious, stable and healthy development of the university campus, it is necessary to strengthen the network public opinion management of the self-media by implementing the legal supervision of the network public opinion and perfecting the monitoring mechanism of the network public opinion.
