【摘要】：中外合作辦學(xué)近年來發(fā)展迅速。作為教育服務(wù)貿(mào)易的一種形式,中外合作辦學(xué)應(yīng)被放在市場(chǎng)的框架中來思考。本文從人力資本理論、消費(fèi)者行為理論和勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)理論來闡釋中外合作辦學(xué)教育市場(chǎng)不同主體的需求的存在。中外合作辦學(xué)準(zhǔn)公共產(chǎn)品的屬性使之在市場(chǎng)機(jī)制運(yùn)行中也會(huì)出現(xiàn)缺陷,政府支持和社會(huì)、企業(yè)力量的介入將會(huì)成為推進(jìn)中外合作辦學(xué)市場(chǎng)良性發(fā)展的完善之舉。
[Abstract]:Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has developed rapidly in recent years. As a form of trade in educational services, Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools should be considered in the framework of the market. This paper explains the existence of the different subjects' needs in the Sino-foreign cooperative education market from the human capital theory, the consumer behavior theory and the labor market theory. Due to the property of quasi-public goods in Sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools, there will also be defects in the operation of market mechanism. The intervention of government support, society and enterprises will become a perfect way to promote the healthy development of Sino-foreign cooperative school-running market.
