【摘要】：《國家中長期人才發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》和《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》的頒布實施,使本已熱議的高等教育去行政化問題成為社會中心話題,這一問題同時也成為當前我國教育理論界研究的前沿問題。本文回顧了我國高等教育改革的歷史,分析了高等教育行政化的表現(xiàn)和危害,對去行政化改革面臨的實際困難進行了理論分析和探討。基于論證的需要,本文運用了教育公共治理理論,采用中外對比、案例分析等研究方法,對我國當下高等教育改革現(xiàn)狀進行了考察,提出了我國高等院校在推動去行政化改革進程中可咨借鑒的可行性方案。
[Abstract]:The promulgation and implementation of the National medium and long term talents Development Program (2010-2020) and the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020) have made the issue of the deadministration of higher education, which has already been under heated discussion, become a central topic in society. At the same time, this problem has become a frontier problem in the field of educational theory in our country. This paper reviews the history of the reform of higher education in China, analyzes the manifestation and harm of the administrative reform of higher education, and makes a theoretical analysis and discussion on the practical difficulties faced by the reform of deadministration. Based on the need of argumentation, this paper uses the theory of public governance of education, the comparison between China and foreign countries, case analysis and other research methods to investigate the current situation of higher education reform in China. This paper puts forward a feasible scheme for colleges and universities to use for reference in the process of deadministrative reform.
