當(dāng)代大學(xué)生抗挫教育存在的問題及對(duì)策

【摘要】:挫折即是制造消極情緒的因素,也是前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力。培養(yǎng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的抵抗挫折教育就要培養(yǎng)正確的理性心態(tài)去面對(duì)挫折,并展示具體的方法去培養(yǎng)積極情緒?勾炷芰κ巧畹谋貍淠芰退刭|(zhì)、是心理健康的基礎(chǔ),,抗挫教育也是素質(zhì)教育的重要組成部分、是高校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的需要,在當(dāng)今社會(huì)對(duì)大學(xué)生開展抵抗挫折教育尤為重要。 產(chǎn)生心理挫折感的因素分為主觀因素和客觀因素兩個(gè)部分?陀^因素包括:社會(huì)因素、家庭因素、自然因素等方面。但主要的因素為主觀因素如對(duì)自我的評(píng)價(jià)失誤、對(duì)客觀事物的認(rèn)知能力、自身觀念的模糊及修養(yǎng)的不足。 國內(nèi)高校也在進(jìn)行一些關(guān)于抵抗挫折的教育的課程、心理咨詢和座談講座。但然后存在著教育整體布局零散而孤立、教育內(nèi)容的系統(tǒng)性和針對(duì)性不強(qiáng)、挫折教育方法單一和缺乏科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)體系,缺少效果的問題。 進(jìn)行大學(xué)生抵抗挫折教育,要重視外在環(huán)境和內(nèi)在修練的共同進(jìn)步。要有針對(duì)性的、科學(xué)合力的方式方法,努力建造積極的校園環(huán)境,加強(qiáng)師資力量進(jìn)行大學(xué)生的抵抗挫折教育。更要重視內(nèi)在修養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng),在內(nèi)心當(dāng)中努力培養(yǎng)吸收理性的、樂觀的、正確的思維觀念,在生活中培養(yǎng)習(xí)慣,重視行動(dòng)力。并且堅(jiān)持運(yùn)用身體鍛煉、睡眠等健康的生活方式對(duì)抵抗挫折情緒和培養(yǎng)身心健康的重要作用。
[Abstract]:Frustration is not only a factor that creates negative emotions, but also a driving force to move forward. To cultivate the education of resisting setbacks of contemporary college students, we must cultivate the correct rational mentality to face the setback, and show the concrete methods to cultivate the positive emotion. The ability to resist frustration is the necessary ability and quality of life and the foundation of mental health. Anti-frustration education is also an important part of quality education and the need of the cultivation goal of colleges and universities. It is particularly important to carry out the education of resisting setbacks for college students in today's society. The factors of psychological frustration are divided into subjective factors and objective factors. Objective factors include: social factors, family factors, natural factors and so on. However, the main factors are subjective factors such as self-evaluation errors, cognitive ability of objective things, ambiguity of self-concept and deficiency of self-cultivation. Domestic colleges and universities are also conducting some educational courses, psychological counseling and seminars on resistance to setbacks. However, there are some problems such as the scattered and isolated overall layout of education, the lack of systematization and pertinence of educational content, the lack of scientific evaluation system and the lack of effective education methods. To carry out college students' education of resisting setbacks, we should pay attention to the common progress of external environment and internal practice. It is necessary to make efforts to build a positive campus environment and strengthen teachers to carry out college students' education of resistance to setbacks. We should pay more attention to the cultivation of inner cultivation, strive to cultivate the rational, optimistic and correct thinking concept in the heart, cultivate habits in life, and attach importance to the ability to act. And adhere to the use of physical exercise, sleep and other healthy lifestyle to resist frustration and cultivate the important role of physical and mental health.
