【摘要】：普通大學(xué)生國(guó)防知識(shí)教學(xué)旨在使學(xué)生掌握基本軍事理論與軍事技能,增強(qiáng)國(guó)防觀念,樹立國(guó)防意識(shí),強(qiáng)化愛國(guó)主義、集體主義觀念,加強(qiáng)組織紀(jì)律性,提高綜合素質(zhì),為中國(guó)人民解放軍訓(xùn)練儲(chǔ)備合格后備兵員和培養(yǎng)預(yù)備役軍官打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。但目前在普通高校開展國(guó)防知識(shí)教學(xué)的過程中,卻暴露出諸多問題,嚴(yán)重影響了國(guó)防知識(shí)教學(xué)的實(shí)效性。 《中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)防教育法》明確指出：“國(guó)防教育貫徹全民參與、長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)持、講求實(shí)效的方針�！逼渲小爸v求實(shí)效”是指講求教育的實(shí)際效果,它是每一項(xiàng)教育活動(dòng)都必須追求的目標(biāo)。本文從高校國(guó)防知識(shí)教學(xué)實(shí)效性的概念界定入手,對(duì)湖南省10所普通高校開展調(diào)查,找出由于國(guó)防意識(shí)淡化、價(jià)值取向偏移、保障機(jī)制不夠等原因造成了當(dāng)前高校國(guó)防知識(shí)教學(xué)存在的一些問題,如：管理者的重視程度不夠、教師主體素質(zhì)不夠、教育對(duì)象的熱情不夠、教育內(nèi)容上缺乏時(shí)代感等。本文探析了高校國(guó)防知識(shí)教學(xué)實(shí)效性弱化的主要原因,同時(shí)提出有針對(duì)性的建議來提高高校國(guó)防知識(shí)教學(xué)的實(shí)效性,對(duì)加強(qiáng)普通大學(xué)生國(guó)防知識(shí)教學(xué)的法規(guī)建設(shè)、制度建設(shè)、課程建設(shè)、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)以及物質(zhì)經(jīng)費(fèi)保障等提出了探索性的思考與建議,以期高校國(guó)防知識(shí)教學(xué)的功能得以更全面地發(fā)揮,提升高校國(guó)防知識(shí)教學(xué)的實(shí)效性,培養(yǎng)一批具有國(guó)防意識(shí)和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的復(fù)合型人才,為我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)營(yíng)造穩(wěn)定社會(huì)氛圍,使我國(guó)在激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:The purpose of national defense knowledge teaching of ordinary college students is to make students master basic military theory and military skills, strengthen national defense concept, establish national defense consciousness, strengthen patriotism and collectivism, strengthen organization discipline and improve comprehensive quality. To lay a solid foundation for the PLA to train and reserve qualified reserve personnel and to train reserve officers. However, in the process of developing national defense knowledge teaching in ordinary colleges and universities, many problems have been exposed. The National Defense Education Law of the people's Republic of China clearly points out: "the policy of national defense education in carrying out the participation of the whole people, persisting in it for a long period of time, and emphasizing practical results" has seriously affected the effectiveness of the teaching of national defense knowledge. "practical effect" refers to the practical effect of education, and it is the goal that every educational activity must pursue. Starting with the definition of the effectiveness of national defense knowledge teaching in colleges and universities, this paper makes an investigation on 10 ordinary colleges and universities in Hunan Province, and finds out the deviation of value orientation due to the desalination of national defense consciousness. The insufficient guarantee mechanism causes some problems existing in the teaching of national defense knowledge in colleges and universities at present, such as insufficient attention by managers, insufficient quality of teachers' main body, insufficient enthusiasm of educational objects, lack of sense of the times in the content of education, and so on. This paper probes into the main reasons for the weakening of the effectiveness of the teaching of national defense knowledge in colleges and universities, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the teaching of national defense knowledge in colleges and universities, and to strengthen the legal and institutional construction of the teaching of national defense knowledge for ordinary college students. The course construction, the construction of the teaching staff and the material fund guarantee are put forward in order to give full play to the function of the national defense knowledge teaching in colleges and universities, and to improve the effectiveness of the national defense knowledge teaching in colleges and universities. To cultivate a group of complex talents with national defense consciousness and international competitiveness, to create a stable social atmosphere for our country's economic construction, and to make our country stand in an invincible position in the fierce international competition.
