中原工學(xué)院實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系的構(gòu)建

【摘要】:在傳統(tǒng)的高等教育中,學(xué)校更多地把實(shí)踐教學(xué)作為對(duì)理論教學(xué)的補(bǔ)充,是對(duì)理論教學(xué)中所涉及有關(guān)知識(shí)的解釋和驗(yàn)證。實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)零散雜亂,沒有系統(tǒng)地考慮實(shí)踐教學(xué)的連貫性。這就會(huì)泯滅學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造性和創(chuàng)新能力。但這種現(xiàn)狀正在得到改進(jìn)和不斷完善。 目前,國(guó)家發(fā)布了一系列的政策和文件,鼓勵(lì)和支持實(shí)踐教學(xué)條件的建設(shè)和改善,一再強(qiáng)調(diào)要提高大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力、實(shí)踐能力和就業(yè)能力。特別是國(guó)家實(shí)行教學(xué)評(píng)估以來,教學(xué)管理日趨完善,目前國(guó)家提出的“卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”和大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃,通過校企聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)方式和一系列的創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目,著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神、工程素質(zhì)以及工程實(shí)踐能力,著實(shí)提高大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力、科研能力和就業(yè)能力。這些措施很大程度上促進(jìn)了高校對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的重視,不斷加大財(cái)力物力投入,提高教學(xué)管理水平和完善教學(xué)體系。 本文依據(jù)三種不同的設(shè)計(jì)背景或理念,設(shè)計(jì)出三種實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,通過分析比較,借鑒參考文獻(xiàn),從目前中原工學(xué)院實(shí)踐教學(xué)的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),依據(jù)實(shí)際教學(xué)需求和自身情況,通過整合實(shí)踐教學(xué)資源,合理設(shè)置教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),最終設(shè)計(jì)出以三體系、四層次和八模塊為特征的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系方案。本方案的構(gòu)建和完善,為切實(shí)培養(yǎng)和提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)和實(shí)踐、創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)新能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)我!盎A(chǔ)實(shí)、口徑寬、素質(zhì)高、能力強(qiáng)”的高級(jí)應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)要求奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the traditional higher education, the school takes the practice teaching more as the supplement to the theory teaching, which is the explanation and verification of the related knowledge involved in the theory teaching. The practice links are scattered and untidy, and the coherence of practice teaching is not systematically considered. This will detract from students' creativity and creativity. But the status quo is improving and improving. At present, the state has issued a series of policies and documents to encourage and support the construction and improvement of practical teaching conditions, and has repeatedly stressed the need to improve the innovative, practical and employment abilities of college students. Especially since the implementation of teaching evaluation, the teaching management has become more and more perfect. At present, the "Education and training Plan for Outstanding Engineers" and the innovative Entrepreneurship training Program for College students are proposed by the State, through the joint training of schools and enterprises and a series of innovative projects. Emphasis is placed on cultivating the students' creative spirit, engineering quality and engineering practice ability, so as to improve the students' innovative ability, scientific research ability and employment ability. To a great extent, these measures promote colleges and universities to attach importance to practical teaching, increase financial and material resources, improve the level of teaching management and improve the teaching system. According to three different design backgrounds or concepts, this paper designs three kinds of practical teaching systems. By analyzing and comparing, drawing on references, starting from the actual situation of practice teaching in Zhongyuan Institute of Technology, according to the actual teaching needs and their own conditions, By integrating practical teaching resources and setting up teaching links reasonably, a scheme of practical teaching system characterized by three systems, four levels and eight modules is designed. The construction and perfection of this scheme lay a foundation for cultivating and improving the students' comprehensive quality and practice, starting a business, innovating ability, and realizing the training requirements of advanced applied talents in our school, which are "basic, wide, high quality and strong ability".
