美國大學(xué)的“公款消費(fèi)”

【摘要】：正杜克大學(xué)是美國知名的大學(xué),有著"南方哈佛"之稱。2011年,該�？偸杖脒_(dá)到了40億美元,其中,學(xué)生學(xué)費(fèi)、科研資助經(jīng)費(fèi)和校友捐贈(zèng)費(fèi)用各占三分之一。從任何一個(gè)角度講,一個(gè)如此規(guī)模的學(xué)校在日常業(yè)務(wù)中必然會(huì)產(chǎn)生一些交往的費(fèi)用,公款消費(fèi)、請(qǐng)客吃飯也在所難免。在抵達(dá)杜克大學(xué)后的一個(gè)周末,學(xué)院方面組織大家外出參觀,中午飯由學(xué)院支付。這是我第一次享受杜克大學(xué)的"公款請(qǐng)客"——每人7.29美元
[Abstract]:Zhengduk University, a leading American university known as Southern Harvard, earned $4 billion in 2011, with 1/3 for student tuition, 1/3 for research grants and 1/3 for alumni donations. From any point of view, a school of this size will inevitably incur some communication expenses in its daily business. On the weekend after arriving at Duke, the school organized tours and lunch was paid by the college. This is the first time I've ever enjoyed Duke's "public money treat"-$7.29 per person.
