和諧社會視域下大學生德育工作存在的問題及對策研究

【摘要】:在十六屆四中全會上,中央正式提出了“構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會”的要求。在十七大上,中央指出建設社會主義和諧社會是中國特色社會主義的本質(zhì)要求,在中國共產(chǎn)黨建黨90周年紀念大會上,胡錦濤同志再次強調(diào),要繼續(xù)堅定不移推進社會主義和諧社會建設。和諧社會的建設要求建設者既要具備較高的科學文化素質(zhì),還要有較高的思想道德和政治法律素質(zhì);诖丝紤],中央同時提出了加強德育工作,弘揚社會主義核心價值觀,在全社會倡導一種積極向上的文化氛圍,,讓全體社會成員都接受共同的、基本的道德準則、認同社會主義和共產(chǎn)主義理想信念,為社會主義建設提供堅實的思想道德基礎,引領和激勵全黨全國人民為實現(xiàn)中華民族復興而團結(jié)奮斗的具體任務。這就為在新時期如何更高效地開展德育工作提出了新的更高的要求大學教育以其培養(yǎng)對象對于社會主義和諧社會建設的重要作用,體現(xiàn)出高校德育工作在整個德育工作中的首要地位。事實上,當今中國正處于改革攻堅期和社會轉(zhuǎn)型期,再加上敵對勢力的文化進攻,人們的價值觀念、思維方式和行為方式發(fā)生劇烈變化,一些人社會主義信念產(chǎn)生了動搖,對社會主義核心價值體系產(chǎn)生懷疑,社會道德也出現(xiàn)了某種混亂乃至無序。這些變化都對大學生的健康成長產(chǎn)生了不利影響。不少大學生的道德觀念和價值觀念受到了劇烈的沖擊,道德要求開始降低,價值取向出現(xiàn)一定程度混亂,對社會主義的前途失去信心,理想設計過于功利化。育人為本,德育為先。加強高校德育工作,培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才勢在必行。 然而,受各種原因影響,目前高校德育工作在理念、制度設計和具體做法等方面都存在許多不足。這些問題已經(jīng)并將繼續(xù)影響高校德育工作實效性的發(fā)揮。所以,在建設社會主義和諧社會的背景下,對大學生德育工作進行反思和重新厘定不僅對加強和提升大學生道德素質(zhì)全面提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量大有裨益,而且對推進高校思想政治教育構(gòu)建和諧校園亦頗多助力。本文正是基于此考慮,試圖在和諧社會視域下,對當今大學生德育工作問題進行相關的研究。 本文共分五個部分: 第一部分是前言。主要對本文的研究背景、意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路與方法以及創(chuàng)新作了一些陳述。 第二部分是和諧社會與大學生德育概念分析。主要對和諧社會與大學生德育概念進行了分析。包括和諧社會的概念、大學生德育的概念和大學生德育與和諧社會的關聯(lián)性。 第三部分是大學生道德現(xiàn)狀及德育存在的問題。主要探討了大學生道德現(xiàn)狀及德育存在的問題,并以此為基礎,為全文提供切入點。 第四部分是大學生德育存在問題的原因分析,主要從內(nèi)因與外因角度分析了大學生德育存在問題。內(nèi)因是指大學生自身的原因。外因包括社會方面、學校方面、家庭方面、現(xiàn)代媒體等方面的原因。通過對原因的全面分析,為如何提高大學生德育工作實效性對癥下藥。 第五部分是結(jié)合社會主義和諧社會對社會成員尤其是大學生的各方面要求,再根據(jù)目前大學生思想道德和政治法律素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)實狀況及高校在大學生德育教育工作中的經(jīng)驗和教訓,就和諧社會視域下提高大學生德育實效性的對策進行研究,主要從指導思想、德育理念、德育原則、德育路徑等方面進行了論述。
[Abstract]:In the fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, the Central Committee formally put forward the requirement of "building a socialist harmonious society". However, influenced by various reasons, there are many deficiencies in moral education in Colleges and universities in terms of concept, system design and concrete practice. These problems have already continued to affect the effectiveness of moral education in Colleges and universities. Therefore, under the background of building a socialist harmonious society, the moral education of College Students is rethought and redefined. It is not only helpful to strengthen and enhance the moral quality of college students, but also to promote the ideological and political education of colleges and universities to build a harmonious campus. This paper is based on this consideration and tries to make a related research on the problem of today's College Students' Moral Education in the view of harmonious society.
This article is divided into five parts:

The second part is the analysis of the concept of harmonious society and the moral education of college students.
