高水平大學(xué)與高水平科研團(tuán)隊(duì)相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:高水平大學(xué)建設(shè)是提升國家創(chuàng)新能力、增強(qiáng)國際競爭力和培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才的戰(zhàn)略舉措。在引領(lǐng)國家未來發(fā)展走向中發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵作用。大學(xué)高水平科研團(tuán)隊(duì)是我國建設(shè)世界一流和高水平大學(xué)的重要基石和依托。因此,關(guān)于我國高水平大學(xué)和大學(xué)科研團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)成為政府、社會各界普遍關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。但是,目前學(xué)者們對于高水平大學(xué)和高水平科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的理解,可謂見仁見智,莫衷一是;對于高水平大學(xué)和高水平科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的研究也多囿于單一的研究,而對于二者之間相關(guān)性的研究則更是鮮有涉及。本文旨在以麻省理工學(xué)院(MIT)、劍橋大學(xué)以及加州大學(xué)伯克利分校這幾所公認(rèn)的世界高水平大學(xué)為對象,對這幾所大學(xué)近三年的排名和科研成果運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法進(jìn)行分類分析,再用扎根理論研究法、系統(tǒng)分析法等方法進(jìn)行歸納和推導(dǎo),探討高水平大學(xué)和高水平科研團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的相關(guān)性,為我國建設(shè)高水平大學(xué)、創(chuàng)建高水平科研團(tuán)隊(duì)提供理論依據(jù)。 本文第一部分首先探討組織理論和團(tuán)隊(duì)理論等相關(guān)理論,分析高水平大學(xué)的主要特征。在此基礎(chǔ)上對高水平大學(xué)和大學(xué)高水平科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行界定。第二部分結(jié)合實(shí)證研究,對所選取的三所高水平大學(xué)的排名及其中的高水平科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的科研成果進(jìn)行研究,指出世界一流與高水平大學(xué)都以學(xué)科建設(shè)為核心,都有若干世界一流的卓越的學(xué)科和一批高水平的科研團(tuán)隊(duì)。第三部分根據(jù)我國大學(xué)科研團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及建設(shè)中存在的問題,提出我國高水平大學(xué)建設(shè)高水平科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的建議和措施;谏鲜鰡栴},本文指出我國在建設(shè)高水平大學(xué)的道路上,應(yīng)把建設(shè)高水平的科研團(tuán)隊(duì)作為抓手,從國家、學(xué)校和科研團(tuán)隊(duì)等多層面出發(fā),探索了建設(shè)科研團(tuán)隊(duì),提升科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的對策措施。
[Abstract]:The construction of a high level university is a strategic measure to enhance the national innovation ability, enhance the international competitiveness and cultivate innovative talents. It plays a key role in leading the country's future development trend. The high level scientific research team of the university is an important basis and support for the construction of a world-class and high level university in China. And the construction of university scientific research team has become a hot issue of public concern. However, at present, scholars have different opinions on the understanding of high level universities and high level scientific research teams, and the research on high level universities and high level scientific research teams is also limited to a single study, and for the two parties. The purpose of this paper is to take the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), University of Cambridge and University of California at Berkeley as the target of the world high level universities, to classify and analyze the ranking and scientific research results of these universities in the past three years by using bibliometrics, data statistics, and then taking root theory. The methods of study and systematic analysis are summarized and deduced, and the correlation between the high level university and the high level scientific research team is discussed, which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of a high level university and the establishment of a high level scientific research team in China.
The first part of this paper first discusses the related theories of organization theory and team theory, and analyzes the main features of the high level universities. On this basis, the connotation of the high level scientific research team of the high level universities and universities is defined. The second part combines the empirical research to the ranking of the selected three high level universities and the high level of scientific research among them. The research results of the team are carried out. It is pointed out that the world class and the high level universities are centered on the discipline construction, and there are some world-class excellent disciplines and a number of high level scientific research teams. The third part puts forward the high level universities in China to build high water according to the current situation of the construction of scientific research team and the existing problems in the construction of our university. Based on the above problems, this paper points out that on the road of building a high level university, we should take a high level of scientific research team as a grasp, from the various levels of the state, school and scientific research team, to explore the construction of scientific research team and improve the Countermeasures of the scientific research team.
