我國(guó)研究型大學(xué)暑期學(xué),F(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:暑期學(xué)校最早產(chǎn)生于美國(guó)的哈佛大學(xué),距今有130多年的歷史,它對(duì)促進(jìn)世界學(xué)術(shù)和文化的交流與繁榮、加快高等教育大眾化和國(guó)際化發(fā)揮了積極作用。近幾年暑期學(xué)校在我國(guó)得到較快發(fā)展,但與國(guó)外一百多年的辦學(xué)實(shí)踐相比,其還處于初步發(fā)展階段,效果不完全盡如人意,值得認(rèn)真研究。 本研究采用調(diào)查法、訪談法、文獻(xiàn)法、案例法等研究方法,對(duì)我國(guó)研究型大學(xué)開(kāi)設(shè)暑期學(xué)校的開(kāi)設(shè)時(shí)間、辦學(xué)理念、課程設(shè)置、學(xué)員對(duì)象及規(guī)模、配套管理制度及學(xué)生態(tài)度等方面進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題分析,得出以下結(jié)論:我國(guó)研究型大學(xué)暑期學(xué)校辦學(xué)時(shí)間較短,多數(shù)在15天以內(nèi);不同學(xué)校的辦學(xué)理念差異很大,辦學(xué)定位不明確;課程設(shè)置主要以講授法和討論法為主,教學(xué)形式不夠豐富;我國(guó)多數(shù)研究型大學(xué)暑期學(xué)校的學(xué)員在200人以內(nèi),參與規(guī)模較小,覆蓋面不大;暑期學(xué)校服務(wù)不完善,如網(wǎng)站建設(shè)、住宿及收費(fèi)等方面管理不規(guī)范、缺乏人性化服務(wù);高校學(xué)生對(duì)研究型大學(xué)暑期學(xué)校的了解較少,暑期學(xué)校影響力不夠。最后本文從明確辦學(xué)定位、規(guī)范辦學(xué)行為、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式及加強(qiáng)宣傳推廣等四個(gè)方面著手,提出對(duì)策建議,促進(jìn)我國(guó)研究型大學(xué)暑期學(xué)校的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Summer school, which originated from Harvard University in America, has a history of more than 130 years. It has played a positive role in promoting the exchange and prosperity of academic and cultural in the world and accelerating the popularization and internationalization of higher education. Summer school has developed rapidly in our country in recent years, but it is still in the initial stage of development compared with more than one hundred years' practice abroad, and the effect is not completely satisfactory, so it is worth studying seriously. This research adopts the methods of investigation, interview, literature, case law and so on, to study the opening time, the idea, the curriculum, the object and the scale of the summer school in the research university of our country. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of supporting management system and students' attitude, and draws the following conclusions: the time of running summer schools in research universities in China is relatively short, most of them are within 15 days, and the ideas of running schools vary greatly from school to school. The orientation of running a school is not clear, the main courses are teaching method and discussion method, the teaching form is not rich enough, the students of most of the summer school of research university in our country are within 200 people, the scale of participation is small, the coverage is not enough; The service of summer school is not perfect, such as website construction, accommodation and charge management is not standardized, lack of humanized service, college students know less about the summer school of research university, summer school influence is not enough. Finally, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of summer school of research university in China from four aspects: clear the orientation of running a school, standardizing the behavior of running a school, innovating the development mode and strengthening propaganda and popularization.
