【摘要】：高校科技創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)能否有效開展科研、有效創(chuàng)新、有效發(fā)展,更好適應(yīng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)科技與知識(shí)的需求,一個(gè)重要的前提是建立良好的"高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的科研創(chuàng)新績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)"機(jī)制。江浙滬高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的科研創(chuàng)新績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)管理,呈現(xiàn)出"綜合式"、"項(xiàng)目式"、"人事式"、"量化式"的管理特征,既存在一定的合理性,也存在一些問題。研究江浙滬高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的科研創(chuàng)新績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)管理,科學(xué)總結(jié)其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與不足,有利于促進(jìn)我國(guó)高校科技創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)"科研創(chuàng)新績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)"理論與實(shí)踐的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Whether the scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities can effectively carry out scientific research, effectively innovate and develop effectively, and better adapt to the needs of science and technology and knowledge for the economic and social development of our country, An important premise is to establish a good mechanism for evaluating the scientific research and innovation performance of scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities. The performance evaluation management of scientific innovation team in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai colleges and universities presents the management characteristics of "synthesis", "project", "personnel" and "quantification", which not only has some rationality, but also has some problems. To study the performance evaluation and management of scientific innovation team in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai colleges and universities, and to scientifically sum up its successful experiences and shortcomings, will help to promote the development of the theory and practice of scientific research innovation performance evaluation of scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities in China.
