創(chuàng)造理性規(guī)定的近代大學學術職業(yè)

【摘要】:近代大學教師以其獲取的純科學作為創(chuàng)造理性的顯現(xiàn)者。純科學有四個特征:經驗性、古典性、自然性、專門性。為此,大學教師的專業(yè)能力體現(xiàn)為科研能力和教學能力。在近代,大學教師獲得了崇高的社會地位,其專業(yè)精神體現(xiàn)為寂寞、獨立和合作。近代大學的學術組織以及講座制度保障了學術共同體的學術創(chuàng)造力。
[Abstract]:Modern university teachers regard the pure science obtained by them as the manifestation of creating rationality. Pure science has four characteristics: empiricism, classicality, naturalness and specialization. Therefore, the professional ability of university teachers is embodied in scientific research ability and teaching ability. In modern times, university teachers gained high social status, their professional spirit reflected in loneliness, independence and cooperation. The academic organization and lecture system of modern universities ensured the academic creativity of academic community.
