【摘要】：近年來,面對(duì)越來越嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì),越來越多的大學(xué)生選擇創(chuàng)業(yè)作為實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)的主要途徑。獨(dú)立學(xué)院作為異軍突起的新型院校,如何在與其他高等院校的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,更多、更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè),也成為獨(dú)立院校亟待解決的問題之一。本文以江西省獨(dú)立院校為研究對(duì)象,探討了大學(xué)生的個(gè)體資源情況以及外部環(huán)境對(duì)于其創(chuàng)業(yè)意向的影響,并建立了人格特質(zhì)、個(gè)體資源狀況、社會(huì)環(huán)境、大學(xué)校園環(huán)境與創(chuàng)業(yè)意向之間的理論假設(shè)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問卷,進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,搜集數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對(duì)研究構(gòu)思進(jìn)行了假設(shè)與修正。根據(jù)實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果,有針對(duì)性地為加強(qiáng)獨(dú)立院校的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)品質(zhì),提高學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意向與創(chuàng)業(yè)能力提供了參考意見與幫助,對(duì)于推動(dòng)大學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)自主創(chuàng)業(yè),為社會(huì)提供更多的就業(yè)崗位以及獨(dú)立學(xué)院的自身發(fā)展有重要意義。本文主要分為五個(gè)章節(jié)： 第一章主要是研究背景及研究意義,另外對(duì)文章的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和創(chuàng)作路線做了簡(jiǎn)單介紹； 第二章是相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的綜述和主要概念的辨析,一方面介紹了前人關(guān)于創(chuàng)業(yè)意向的研究,另一方面也陳述了獨(dú)立學(xué)院現(xiàn)今的發(fā)展情況以及對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)意向研究的現(xiàn)狀； 第三章則是進(jìn)入了調(diào)查環(huán)節(jié),其主要內(nèi)容是研究假設(shè)和運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件分析的問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果,包括對(duì)人口學(xué)變量的差異性分析、創(chuàng)業(yè)意向及其影響因素的相關(guān)分析以及個(gè)體在校園創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境感知上的差異等； 第四章是對(duì)第三章的問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果和訪談的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,為第五章提出建議做鋪墊； 在最后的第五章中,筆者首先總結(jié)了此次研究的結(jié)果,并在對(duì)江西省獨(dú)立學(xué)院創(chuàng)業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀的總結(jié)上提出了三點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the face of more and more severe employment situation, more and more college students choose entrepreneurship as the main way to achieve employment. As a new type of college, how to achieve more and better employment of graduates in the fierce competition with other institutions of higher learning has also become one of the problems to be solved urgently in independent colleges and universities. This paper takes Jiangxi Province independent colleges as the research object, discusses the individual resources of college students and the influence of the external environment on their entrepreneurial intention, and establishes the personality trait, individual resource condition, social environment. The theoretical hypothesis between campus environment and entrepreneurial intention. On this basis, the questionnaire is designed, the empirical research is carried out, the data is collected for statistical analysis, and the research conception is hypothesized and modified. According to the results of the empirical research, it provides reference and help to strengthen entrepreneurship education, cultivate entrepreneurial quality, improve students' entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial ability in independent colleges and universities, and promote college students to realize their own entrepreneurship. It is of great significance to provide more jobs for the society and the development of independent colleges. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is mainly about the research background and significance, in addition to the main research content and creative route of the article made a brief introduction; The second chapter is a review of relevant literature and the main concepts of discrimination, on the one hand introduced the previous research on entrepreneurial intention, On the other hand, it also states the current development situation of independent college and the present situation of the research on college students' entrepreneurial intention. The third chapter is to enter the investigation link. The main content of this paper is to study the hypothesis and the results of questionnaire with statistical software, including the difference analysis of demographic variables, the correlation analysis of entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors, and the difference of individual's perception of campus entrepreneurial environment. The fourth chapter is a detailed analysis of the results of the third chapter of the questionnaire survey and interviews, for the fifth chapter to make recommendations; in the last chapter, the author summarized the results of this study. And put forward three suggestions on the summary of the present situation of Jiangxi independent college entrepreneurship education.
