當(dāng)代大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育方式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為一種現(xiàn)代化信息傳遞工具,其產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展為大學(xué)生獲取知識和信息提供了途徑,網(wǎng)絡(luò)是虛擬和開放式的,大學(xué)生在上網(wǎng)過程中如果不對信息進(jìn)行甄別,便會產(chǎn)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為,網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育是有效遏制大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為的有效手段,但現(xiàn)在對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育方式的滯后嚴(yán)重影響了網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育的效果,大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為沒有得到根本好轉(zhuǎn),迫切需要創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育方式。 大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育是指以大學(xué)生為特定群體,,以道德教育為主要方式來施以積極的影響,以達(dá)到特定人群最終能夠以正確的態(tài)度和習(xí)慣對待網(wǎng)絡(luò),建立良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德體系。網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育起源于美國,1994年后我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)逐漸普及并出現(xiàn)一些問題引發(fā)了人們的關(guān)注。對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育的理論基礎(chǔ)主要有“灌輸”理論、接受理論、組織行為學(xué)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理學(xué)及疏導(dǎo)教育法等。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,在給人們生活和社會發(fā)展都帶來積極影響的同時,大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德問題也是更加突出,對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育也存在許多不足。在教育方式上主要存在以堵代疏、即時教育、非系統(tǒng)教育、批量式教育等問題,其原因在于大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育方式既受家庭背景和個性特點等內(nèi)在因素影響,又受師資力量不強、教育理念落后、社會環(huán)境復(fù)雜、社會重視不夠、道德教育不能跟上網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展速度等外在因素制約。 創(chuàng)新當(dāng)代大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育方式的主要策略體現(xiàn)在三個方面,一是理念的創(chuàng)新,要樹立發(fā)展性理念、聯(lián)系性理念和全局性理念。二是方法的創(chuàng)新,主要可以對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論引導(dǎo)式、網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德自我提升式、綜合熏陶式、網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德影響式和虛擬空間式等五種方式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育。三是評價機(jī)制的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:As a modern information transmission tool, the emergence and development of network provides a way for college students to acquire knowledge and information. The network is virtual and open. The network moral education is an effective means to curb the college students' network anomie behavior, but the lag of the network moral education way to the college students seriously affects the effect of the network moral education. College students' network anomie behavior has not been fundamentally improved, so it is urgent to innovate the network moral education mode of college students. The network moral education of college students refers to taking college students as a specific group and taking moral education as the main way to exert positive influence so as to achieve that certain people can finally treat the network with correct attitude and habit and establish a good network moral system. The network moral education originated in the United States. After 1994, our country's network gradually popularized and some problems aroused people's attention. The theoretical basis of network moral education for college students is mainly "inculcation" theory, acceptance theory, organizational behavior theory, network ethics and guidance education method and so on. The rapid development of network technology has brought positive influence to people's life and social development, at the same time, the network moral problems of college students are also more prominent, and there are many shortcomings to contemporary college students' network moral education. There are many problems in education, such as blocking education, instant education, non-systematic education, mass education and so on. The reason is that the network moral education mode of college students is influenced by the family background and personality characteristics, etc. It is also restricted by external factors, such as weak teachers, backward educational ideas, complex social environment, insufficient attention to society, and the inability of moral education to keep up with the speed of network development. The main strategies of innovating the way of network moral education of contemporary college students are embodied in three aspects: one is the innovation of idea, the other is to set up the idea of development, the idea of connection and the idea of overall situation. The second is the innovation of methods, which can mainly carry out five kinds of network education for contemporary college students, such as network public opinion guidance, self-promotion of network morality, comprehensive edification, influence of network morality and virtual space. Third, the innovation of evaluation mechanism.
