【摘要】：本文通過對高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新平臺現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)理論的了解,指出我國在建設(shè)高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新平臺的過程中存在的問題,深入探討高校構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新平臺的相關(guān)要素及原則,分析構(gòu)建高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新平臺的硬要素和軟要素對構(gòu)建高校科技創(chuàng)新平臺的重要性,剖析在構(gòu)建高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新平臺的過程中應(yīng)該注意的相關(guān)原則。 分析高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新平臺在培養(yǎng)專業(yè)化的高科技人才,促進特色學(xué)科的建設(shè),為科學(xué)研究及實踐提供場所,服務(wù)地區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟建設(shè)和加快國家創(chuàng)新體系的改革等方面的功能以及作用,并總結(jié)出高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新平臺的管理對策和構(gòu)建方案。
[Abstract]:Based on the understanding of the current situation and relevant theories of the scientific and technological innovation platform in colleges and universities, this paper points out the problems existing in the process of constructing the scientific and technological innovation platform in colleges and universities, and probes into the relevant elements and principles of constructing the innovation platform in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the importance of the hard elements and soft elements of constructing the scientific and technological innovation platform in colleges and universities, and analyzes the relevant principles that should be paid attention to in the process of constructing the scientific and technological innovation platform in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the scientific and technological innovation platform in colleges and universities in training specialized hi-tech talents, promoting the construction of characteristic disciplines, and providing a place for scientific research and practice. The functions and functions of serving the social and economic construction of the region and speeding up the reform of the national innovation system are summarized, and the management countermeasures and construction schemes of the scientific and technological innovation platform in colleges and universities are summarized.
