高師院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)的問題與對策研究

【摘要】:實(shí)踐教學(xué)是高師院校教育教學(xué)工作的重要組成部分,是培養(yǎng)合格師資的重要保障。通過實(shí)踐教學(xué),可以使師范生將所學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論和基本技能綜合運(yùn)用于教育和教學(xué)實(shí)踐,循序漸進(jìn)地適應(yīng)從“學(xué)生”到“教師”這一社會角色的轉(zhuǎn)變,使之成為具備現(xiàn)代教育理念,掌握現(xiàn)代教學(xué)技術(shù)和嫻熟的教學(xué)基本技能,有良好人格和社會適應(yīng)能力的教師。在全面推進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)教育改革的背景下,實(shí)踐教學(xué)已成為體現(xiàn)高師院校與基礎(chǔ)教育銜接和服務(wù)的重要平臺。 本文對高師院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)的發(fā)展歷程,國內(nèi)外高師院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)的基本現(xiàn)狀及我國高師院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)所存在的主要問題進(jìn)行研究分析,并對改進(jìn)我國高師院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)提出對策建議。結(jié)論如下: 我國高師院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)所存在的主要問題: 1.實(shí)踐教學(xué)的地位沒有得到充分的認(rèn)識; 2.缺乏對師范生實(shí)踐性知識的教學(xué),教育實(shí)習(xí)前的專業(yè)準(zhǔn)備不足; 3.教育實(shí)習(xí)時間短、模式單一,忽視反思的引導(dǎo); 4.教學(xué)技能訓(xùn)練環(huán)節(jié)比較薄弱,利用微格教學(xué)培訓(xùn)師范生實(shí)踐技能方面尚未形成統(tǒng)一有效的培訓(xùn)模式; 5.實(shí)踐教學(xué)的組織管理機(jī)構(gòu)與組織管理工作不夠健全; 6.實(shí)踐教學(xué)的評價體制不完善。 改進(jìn)高師院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)的對策建議: 1.樹立新的實(shí)踐教學(xué)觀,加大實(shí)踐教學(xué)改革力度; 2.改革課程結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)術(shù)性與師范性的整合; 3.增加實(shí)踐教學(xué)學(xué)時,加強(qiáng)課堂實(shí)踐教學(xué); 4.構(gòu)建多元化實(shí)踐空間,促進(jìn)知識與技能的有效融合; 5.改進(jìn)實(shí)踐教學(xué)模式,促進(jìn)師范生教育實(shí)踐能力的提高; 6.重視微格教學(xué),,加強(qiáng)教學(xué)技能訓(xùn)練; 7.加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的科學(xué)管理; 8.完善實(shí)踐教學(xué)的保障制度; 9.建立健全師范生教學(xué)實(shí)踐的評價制度。
[Abstract]:Practical teaching is an important part of the teaching work in normal colleges and universities, and an important guarantee to train qualified teachers. Through practical teaching, normal school students can apply their basic theory and skills to education and teaching practice, and adapt to the change of social role from "student" to "teacher" step by step. It is necessary to become a teacher with modern educational concept, modern teaching technology and basic teaching skills, good personality and social adaptability. Under the background of promoting the reform of basic education in an all-round way, practical teaching has become an important platform to embody the connection and service between normal colleges and basic education. In this paper, the course of development of practical teaching in normal universities, the basic situation of practical teaching at home and abroad and the main problems existing in practical teaching in normal colleges and universities in China are studied and analyzed. And put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the practice teaching of normal colleges and universities in our country. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The status of practical teaching has not been fully recognized; 2. Lack of practical knowledge of normal school students, lack of professional preparation before education practice; 3. The education practice time is short, the pattern is single, neglects the reflection guidance; 4. Teaching skills training link is relatively weak, the use of microteaching to train normal students practical skills has not yet formed a unified and effective training model; 5. The organization management organization and organization management work of practice teaching is not perfect; 6. The evaluation system of practice teaching is not perfect. The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the practical teaching in normal colleges and universities are as follows: 1. Set up a new practical teaching concept, increase the strength of practical teaching reform; 2. Reform the curriculum structure to realize the integration of academic and normal nature; 3. Increase practical teaching hours, strengthen classroom practice teaching; 4. Build a diversified practice space to promote the effective integration of knowledge and skills; 5. Improve the practice teaching mode, promote the normal school students' educational practice ability; 6. Pay attention to microteaching, strengthen the training of teaching skills; 7. Strengthen the scientific management of practical teaching. Perfect the safeguard system of practice teaching; Establish and perfect the evaluation system of normal school students' teaching practice.
