【摘要】：長(zhǎng)期以來，由于學(xué)校管理理論受到實(shí)證主義和自然科學(xué)的科學(xué)觀念的壟斷，造成學(xué)生管理過于重視理性發(fā)展而忽視學(xué)生和學(xué)生管理人員的非理性的因素，在實(shí)踐中形成重“管”輕“理”的現(xiàn)象，并盲目以當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)需求替代人的存在需要，把學(xué)生管理人員和被管理對(duì)象都納入進(jìn)“功利價(jià)值”的衡量中，忽視教育管理的本真目的。而學(xué)校的官僚組織結(jié)構(gòu)的弊端更加重了學(xué)生與管理人員、基層管理人員與上層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)間的溝通與認(rèn)同的矛盾。以格林菲爾德為代表的組織現(xiàn)象學(xué)派正是面對(duì)這樣的弊病，提出自己獨(dú)具特色的人文主義教育管理理論。筆者借鑒該理論的觀點(diǎn)，以自己的實(shí)際工作經(jīng)歷為基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)當(dāng)前學(xué)生管理存在的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、目標(biāo)認(rèn)同、人員素質(zhì)、管理異化以及校園文化等方面的問題都做出深入的剖析。并提出自己的觀點(diǎn)，強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生管理的人文價(jià)值，學(xué)生管理應(yīng)從唯自然科學(xué)的觀念走上人文的家園。在學(xué)生管理的實(shí)踐上，，以促進(jìn)學(xué)生發(fā)展為目的、以非強(qiáng)制的方法為手段、以民主平等為特色、重視師生對(duì)話交流、以理解、了解學(xué)生為前提進(jìn)行以“理”代“管”。對(duì)當(dāng)前建設(shè)和諧校園提供重要的操作指導(dǎo)，有利于學(xué)生管理工作者的能動(dòng)性的發(fā)揮，更有利于增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the theory of school management is monopolized by positivism and the scientific idea of natural science, which results in students' management paying too much attention to rational development and neglecting the irrational factors of students and students' administrators. In practice, the phenomenon of attaching importance to "management" and neglecting "principle", and blindly replacing the existing needs of people with current economic needs, brings students' managers and objects under management into the measurement of "utilitarian value". Ignore the true purpose of educational management. But the malpractice of the bureaucratic structure of the school has aggravated the contradiction between students and managers, the communication and identification between the basic level managers and the upper leaders. The organization phenomenon school represented by Greenfield puts forward its own humanistic educational management theory in the face of this kind of malady. The author draws lessons from the viewpoint of the theory, based on his own practical work experience, and makes a deep analysis of the problems existing in the current student management, such as organizational structure, objective identification, personnel quality, management alienation and campus culture. And puts forward own viewpoint, emphasizes the humanistic value of the student management, the student management should walk from only the natural science idea to the humanities homeland. In the practice of student management, the aim is to promote the development of students, the non-compulsory method is taken as the means, the characteristic is democracy and equality, the dialogue and exchange between teachers and students is emphasized, and the premise is to understand and understand the students. It provides important operational guidance for the construction of harmonious campus at present, which is conducive to the active role of student management workers, and to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
