新形勢下我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】:新形勢下,創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為21世紀(jì)的時代命題。從國際視角看,隨著創(chuàng)業(yè)型經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和全球競爭態(tài)勢的不斷加劇,大力地發(fā)展高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育逐漸成為各國的共識。從國內(nèi)視角看,隨著我國高等教育的大眾化和高校的連年擴招,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生人數(shù)激增,2007年、2008年、2009年、2010年畢業(yè)生總數(shù)分別為495萬、559萬、611萬和660萬,大學(xué)生面臨的就業(yè)形勢日益嚴(yán)峻。伴隨著高等教育在教育制度和教育理念上的一系列改革和創(chuàng)新,越來越多的人開始關(guān)注創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育成為緩解畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力,提升高等教育人群的創(chuàng)業(yè)意識和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的重要途徑。 本文結(jié)合美國的高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展過程的經(jīng)驗借鑒,通過對我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展過程中的障礙因素進(jìn)行深入探析,本著發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,解決問題的態(tài)度,并針對性地提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施,以促進(jìn)對我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的有效開展。 本文共分為五部分內(nèi)容。本文第一部分對高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的選題背景和研究意義進(jìn)行了分析,同時對國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,進(jìn)一步確定了本文的研究思路、研究方法以及創(chuàng)新點。第二部分闡述了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對“創(chuàng)業(yè)”、“創(chuàng)業(yè)教育”概念的不同界定,提出“高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育”相關(guān)概念。第三部分在梳理國外創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的興起與發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,重點總結(jié)了美國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展和成功經(jīng)驗。第四部分在借鑒美國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育成功經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了我國高等教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其阻礙發(fā)展的影響因素。第五部是本文的重點,論述了我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, innovation and entrepreneurship have become the time proposition of the 21 st century. From the international point of view, with the development of entrepreneurial economy and the increasing of global competition, it has gradually become the consensus of all countries to vigorously develop entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. From the domestic point of view, with the popularization of higher education and the continuous expansion of college enrollment, the number of college graduates has increased sharply. The total number of graduates in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 is 4.95 million, 5.59 million or 6.11 million and 6.6 million respectively. The employment situation faced by college students is becoming increasingly serious. With a series of reforms and innovations of higher education in the educational system and educational concepts, more and more people begin to pay attention to entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has become a relief of employment pressure for graduates. It is an important way to improve the entrepreneurship awareness and entrepreneurial ability of higher education people. Based on the experience of the development of entrepreneurship education in American colleges and universities, this paper makes a deep analysis of the obstacles in the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country, and takes the attitude of finding problems and solving them. The corresponding improvement measures are put forward in order to promote the effective development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part of this paper analyzes the background and significance of the research on entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. At the same time, it summarizes the current research situation of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, and further determines the research ideas, research methods and innovation points of this paper. The second part expounds the different definitions of the concepts of "entrepreneurship" and "entrepreneurship education" by domestic and foreign scholars, and puts forward the related concepts of "entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities". The third part summarizes the development and successful experience of entrepreneurship education in American universities on the basis of combing the rise and development of overseas entrepreneurship education. On the basis of the successful experience of entrepreneurship education in American colleges and universities, the fourth part analyzes the current situation of higher education development in China and the influencing factors that hinder the development of higher education. The fifth part is the focus of this paper, and discusses the improvement measures of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China.
