【摘要】：目前的高考招生制度，為我國高�？茖W(xué)、有效地選拔人才，為莘莘學(xué)子提供相對公平、公正、公開選拔進入高等院校入學(xué)機會方面創(chuàng)造了良好的環(huán)境和機會，為社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)培養(yǎng)了數(shù)以千萬計的建設(shè)者。自恢復(fù)高考的30余年來，高考招生制度雖迭經(jīng)改革，但仍存在不少問題尚須進一步深化改革使之更為符合新時代我國高等教育事業(yè)的要求，以有利于素質(zhì)教育的推進、有利于高等學(xué)校的健康發(fā)展、有利于進一步推動高等教育大眾化和有利于構(gòu)建和諧社會。 本文通過對歷史的回顧，認真梳理了自近代以來我國高等教育招生制度的變遷，并從歷史唯物主義的角度評價了各個不同時期制度特點、歷史成就及其不足。 然后，又分析和研究了美國、英國和法國的高等學(xué)校招生制度，以期從中尋找出可以“為我所用”的經(jīng)驗，我們認為通過對國外先進經(jīng)驗的學(xué)習，能夠更好地促進我國高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。 在對國內(nèi)、國外研究的基礎(chǔ)上，筆者結(jié)合多年來的招生工作實踐，提出了我國未來高考招生的一些不成熟的看法，以就教于方法，在具體政策建議上我們認為： 在今后的高校招生制度改革中，要追求實質(zhì)公平、公正原則；進行符合實際的、有效的考試制度改革；盡快建立高校分類招生的錄取制度。最后，結(jié)合近年來自主招生中所出現(xiàn)的聯(lián)合現(xiàn)象，，在簡要分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出一些建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:The current college entrance examination enrollment system has created a good environment and opportunities for the scientific and effective selection of talents in our country's colleges and universities, as well as for the relatively fair, just, and open selection of students into colleges and universities. Tens of millions of builders have been trained for socialist modernization. Since the college entrance examination has been restored for more than 30 years, although the enrollment system of the college entrance examination has been reformed repeatedly, there are still many problems that still need to be further deepened to meet the requirements of higher education in the new era, so as to facilitate the promotion of quality education. It is beneficial to the healthy development of colleges and universities, to the popularization of higher education and to the construction of a harmonious society. This paper reviews the history of China's higher education enrollment system since the modern times, and from the perspective of historical materialism to evaluate the characteristics of different periods of the system, historical achievements and shortcomings. Then, we analyze and study the enrollment system of colleges and universities in the United States, Britain and France in order to find out the experience that can be used by us. We think that through the study of advanced experience in foreign countries, It can better promote the development of higher education in our country. On the basis of domestic and foreign research, the author puts forward some immature views on the future college entrance examination enrollment in our country, combining with the practice of recruiting students for many years, in order to teach the method. In the concrete policy suggestion, we think: in the future university enrollment system reform, should pursue the essential fair, just principle, carries on the actual, effective examination system reform; As soon as possible to establish the admission system of classified enrollment in colleges and universities. Finally, combined with the joint phenomenon in recent years, some constructive suggestions are put forward on the basis of brief analysis.
