【摘要】：隨著普遍有閑社會(huì)的來(lái)臨，大學(xué)生的閑暇時(shí)間占有量大大增加，閑暇生活成為大學(xué)生活不可缺少的重要組成部分，大學(xué)生閑暇生活質(zhì)量的高低將直接影響到大學(xué)生自身以及社會(huì)的全面進(jìn)步和發(fā)展，因此，關(guān)注大學(xué)生的閑暇生活及其教育不僅是大學(xué)生發(fā)展的需要，也是社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要，是新時(shí)期高校思想政治教育工作的重要課題。 目前，我國(guó)大學(xué)生有著充裕的閑暇時(shí)間，閑暇生活質(zhì)量的高低，直接影響到大學(xué)生能否完整、全面、健康地發(fā)展自己，甚至?xí)绊懙轿磥?lái)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展，因?yàn)榇髮W(xué)生是未來(lái)社會(huì)的主人和棟梁，而知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)決定了未來(lái)社會(huì)必然是一個(gè)“閑暇社會(huì)”。隨著大學(xué)生的閑暇時(shí)間越來(lái)越多，大學(xué)生的閑暇生活與閑暇教育己成為影響他們健康成長(zhǎng)的重要因素，對(duì)他們的社會(huì)化和成熟具有不可估量的影響。因此，必須把大學(xué)生的閑暇教育納入高等教育視野，通過(guò)大學(xué)生的閑暇教育，提高大學(xué)生閑暇生活的質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)其健康成長(zhǎng)和全面發(fā)展。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)800名全日制大學(xué)本科生作問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，較全面地分析了大學(xué)生閑暇生活的現(xiàn)狀，從而得出目前高校大學(xué)生的閑暇生活具有閑暇時(shí)間較充裕，閑暇活動(dòng)內(nèi)容豐富多彩，活動(dòng)的獨(dú)立性與群體性共存，活動(dòng)載體以大眾傳媒為主，對(duì)自身閑暇生活有較高的期望和較好的評(píng)價(jià)等特點(diǎn)：但也存在不少令人擔(dān)憂的問(wèn)題，如大部分大學(xué)生缺乏規(guī)劃和使用閑暇時(shí)間的自覺(jué)性和主體性，閑暇活動(dòng)的結(jié)構(gòu)不平衡、層次不高，閑暇價(jià)值觀存在偏差等等。針對(duì)大學(xué)生閑暇生活現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題，，本文主要從高校的角度探討大學(xué)生閑暇教育的對(duì)策，提出了發(fā)展高校閑暇教育的基本構(gòu)想：樹(shù)立大學(xué)閑暇教育目標(biāo)；開(kāi)展閑暇生活的科學(xué)研究和宣傳指導(dǎo)；拓寬閑暇教育渠道，引導(dǎo)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)積極參與閑暇教育；發(fā)揮學(xué)校在閑暇教育中的主體作用，將閑暇教育納入學(xué)校的教育議程；培養(yǎng)閑暇教育的指導(dǎo)者，建設(shè)閑暇教育的師資隊(duì)伍。
[Abstract]:With the advent of free society , college students ' leisure time occupancy has greatly increased and leisure life has become an important part of college life . The quality of leisure life of college students will directly affect the overall progress and development of college students themselves and society . Therefore , it is important to pay attention to their leisure life and their education , not only for the development of college students , but also for social development .

At present , our university students have abundant leisure time and leisure life quality , which directly influences whether college students can develop themselves completely , comprehensively and healthily , and even affect the progress and development of the society in the future . As the leisure time of college students is more and more , the leisure life and leisure education of college students have become an important factor which affects their healthy growth . Therefore , it is necessary to integrate their leisure education into the field of higher education , to improve the quality of their leisure life through their leisure education , and to promote their healthy growth and overall development .

This paper analyzes the present situation of college students ' leisure life by questionnaire survey of 800 full - time university students , and concludes that the leisure life of college students in colleges and universities is more abundant , the content of leisure activities is rich and colorful , the leisure life has higher expectation and better evaluation .
Scientific research and dissemination of guidance on leisure life ;
Expand the channels of leisure education and guide the social structure to participate actively in leisure education ;
Give full play to the main role of school in leisure education , and integrate leisure education into the educational agenda of the school ;
To cultivate the instructors of leisure education and to build the faculty of leisure education .
